“These guys are really great. My wife and I had an overflowing water heater...late at night...and on a weekend. Big Apple are one of the VERY few companies that will come out after-hours, of which they did. Our technician was Jacob, and he took care of us that same night. The water heater needed replacing, and he went and got a replacement & installed it. The poor guy was up late to finish the job (finished up around 2am)”

I'm a Realtor and see this far too often. Big Apple booked us for the next day and showed up on time with great communication through texts. I knew there was an $89 service fee. The technician decided the pipe needed to be snaked, as suspected. …”
“Even though they advertise that they can provide estimates on Yelp, this information is wrong. They do not provide quotes "over the phone." Needed a quote on labor for a toilet fill valve replacement but was messaged to call the office. So do not even bother messaging them for help. It is just more convenient to book through an app than calling in. Waiting for this plumbing company to catch up to 2021.”
