I had issues replacing a gas line connector for my gas grill. The technician (Brent) was excellent. He was able to determine the right piping and further corrected some old connections. Highly recommend Polly Plumbing.

Plumber did not even look at our problem before giving me a quote, we could of done that over phone and saved me $89

Making the appointment was easy and nice. When the tech arrived, he was shown the area in which we had dug out, he took about a minute to look at the issue, said he’s going back to his truck to get us an estimate, came back about 5 minutes later and only showed me a very over priced estimate. Did not show any outlined work to support but told me his price included his 1.5 hour of labor and he might be able to get me a 10% discount. I gaged at the price and said no thank you. I’ve had more complicated in-ground issues that didn’t come close to the estimate he gave us. I was in shock to say the least!

I highly recommend Polly Plumbing. When we discovered a leak, they were there the same day to check it out. The next day they sent a specialist over to confirm the source of the leak, and walked us through every step of our options for the repair. They scheduled us as quickly as possible once we determined what approach we wanted for the repair. (We opted for a fix + preventative approach, but were never upsold, just given the option.) The communication from the team was superior to almost any other service provider I can think of. They send pictures and info about your technicians when they're coming and provide an accurate ETA. They respond to texts, calls, emails within a day, often a few hours. During the repair process, Daniel and Brent both worked on the project and were excellent. They set out dropcloths and cleaned up after themselves, showed me progress along the way and made sure all my questions were answered. They went above and beyond. Haven coordinated everything and answered additional questions with so much patience. The leak caused damage, so they referred us to other specialists we needed and communicated with them directly to coordinate the process when appropriate. They helped us answer questions for insurance too. Strongly recommend that you call them for your plumbing needs.

Brent from Polly Plumbing was amazing! He showed up promptly and was able to take care of a shower valve issue we had. He was also able to diagnose some potential issues before the access wall was boarded back up and got everything taken care of. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to take his knowledge as a master plumber and translate it to me in a way that was easy and straightforward to understand. We will continue to use Polly Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Update: we had a leaky outside faucet that we caught with the big freeze of 2026. With poor road conditions, our appointment got rescheduled for the safety of the employees, which is completely understandable. There was constant communication from the main office about the status of getting a plumber to our house as well as an immediate follow up call thanking us for our patience. This reaffirms the professional job and high standards Polly Plumbing has. Fantastic company.

This was an all around exceptional experience! I have never felt more at ease with having a service provided within my home. Knowing exactly WHO was arriving and when, provided me with a sense of safety and control over my schedule for the day. I have never seen a service that provides you with real time updates on arrival, and I wouldn’t want to have it any other way. To top it all off, Brent provided me with amazing customer service, explaining everything clearly and ensured all my questions and concerns were answered thoroughly. I am very grateful for his knowledge, as the tankless water heater I originally requested would not have been suitable for my home, and instead provided me an alternative solution. I cannot recommend Polly Plumbing enough!

I had a great experience with Marc from Poly Plumbing. He originally came out to repair my toilet, but while he was here, he also took care of installing three faucets for me. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. Marc took the time to provide a fair and reasonable quote for the additional faucet installations while already on-site, which I really appreciated. I also took advantage of their March special on toilet repairs (fix one, repair two), and that was a great value. Everything was completed quickly, and everything is working perfectly. Marc was easy to work with, honest about pricing, and delivered quality work all around. I would definitely recommend him and Polly Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

Brent and Mark were fantastic. They are highly professional, courteous, and skilled. They assessed the issue with my outdoor sump pump, quickly repaired, and then applied a cost-effective mitigating solution that will extend the lifecycle of my in-ground pump motor. They also cleaned out the system, walked me through some routine care techniques and showed me a few quick troubleshooting “tricks” so that I can service the pump without needing to call a professional service. Great experience!

Polly Plumbing did great work at my Airbnb in Trophy Club. They updated my bathroom with new black Kohler fixtures and cleared a stubborn tub drain that guests had been complaining about. If i could rate Polly 6 stars i would. Our plumbing technician, Brent, was very communicative and thorough and never tried to haggle with us when our water heater broke and our hot water pipes started leaking. Pricing was reasonable and he was very transparent in any of his findings and future recommendations for our home. All of this was done in 2 weeks and my stress is finally gone. I will definitely be coming back to them if i have any other plumbing issues.
