Paul was great. I called first thing in the morning with a rather bad clog that had me extremely frustrated the night before. The scheduling team got everything set up, and Paul showed up right on time. He listened to me explain what was going, then got right to work. Took a bit of work, but got everything busted out and then ran a camera after to confirm things were clear and verify the condition of the pipes. Very professional and straightforward. Price was reasonable for what needed to be done as well which is always a bonus. Highly recommend PlumbSmart and especially Paul.

This company is very impressive, trustworthy and professional. I not only had a plumber come out to evaluate my issue, but a service manager as well. They were very honest and told me I did not have any plumbing problems. The reason this was such a relief, the day before, another company said I had 3 breaks in my line and quoted a $45,000 repair job. Please, please, please let PlumbSmart be your first call for any of your plumbing needs.

I called PlumbSmart simply asking for a labor-only quote on a water heater and water softener I already purchased. Within the first minute, the receptionist had a terrible attitude. She immediately demanded my name and number, and when I politely said I just wanted pricing information first, she raised her voice and started lecturing me. I told her I wasn’t interested due to the poor customer service and hung up. I strongly encourage the owner to review the recorded call. it clearly shows how unprofessional the interaction was. The receptionist needs proper training on basic customer service skills, especially when someone is just inquiring about a quote. This experience left a very bad first impression and will prevent me from ever using this company.

Paid just to have two parts installed. Ran $400,but instead of installing the two parts my shower set came with, they installed cheaper parts that did NOT match my shower set. I wish I never opened up my door to them!

PlumbSmart Plumbing Service: plumbing Completed by "Joey" from PlumbSmart of a downstairs toilet that was not draining or flushing properly. The cause was severe root growth from a nearby tree. After 37 years of living in my home and experiencing plumbing problems we decided to have it checked out. The folks at PlumbSmart had done work for us before, namely Joey and we found him very trustworthy, extremely talented in plumbing and most of all a Superb ability to communicate effectively with us. He explained, in detail, what he was doing and followed up with the best way to solve the plumbing issue! My wife and I were extremely happy with his work ethic as well as ability to hold an adult conversation that was insightful, inspiring and extremely respectful. He represented his Company in an outstanding manner! WOW! My Wife and I, highly recommend him and PlumbSmart. Further, they provide a nice discount for Military and Veterans. Another WOW moment! Plus Serving my Country in the Air Force for over 22 years. As a Civilian I have been trained in two Culinary Schools, to include on the job training at other venues. I've successfully managed full service as well as fast food restaurants and have had my own successful Catering business. I have traveled to many places in this world and tasted the many culinary delicacies this world has to offer! As a Culinary Trainer, I have trained personnel on how to provide superb cuisine, sales and customer service. At the age of 79, I am now retired and enjoy being on THE OTHER SIDE OF THE APRON.

STOP SEARCHING, YOU'VE FOUND THE RIGHT COMPANY! During a government shutdown is the worst time for your water heater to fail. Because of the size of our home, we have two water heaters. The reset button kept popping on one of the water heaters resulting in cold water. I did some research and saw the excellent reviews for PlumbSmart. I scheduled an appointment. Two techs promptly came and evaluated the situation. My money was funny and my change was strange so I couldn't afford to replace a water heater. My techs offered options. They ended up doing a rebuild which solved the problem. The techs were timely and very professional. The owner even took time out of his busy schedule to call me when I expressed concerns about another company taking a family member of ours for an overpriced ride for a plumbing issue. The owner even asked the techs to drain both of my water heaters for calcium build up and he didn't charge me for it. LISTEN TO ME! Your time is valuable and you need the job done right the first time. Forget about those companies that you see on TV who upsell you with stuff you don't need along with their warranties. Call or text PlumbSmart right now! They are fair with their pricing and they treat their customers with respect.

We contacted PlumbSmart to get information on a new water softener system. Herman and Devon came to our home on 3/15/2024 to discuss and give us an estimate. They arrived on time and were extremely friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain all of the various options and we decided to go with the PlumbSmart PN9C-Silver system. Herman and Devon then returned on 3/18/2024 to install the new system. From the moment they arrived, they worked continuously with only one short lunch break to install the new softener system. They also fixed a leak on the main pressure relief valve/regulator. If we ever need future plumbing help, we will definitely call PlumbSmart and request Herman and Devon! 02/16/2026 We had a water line leak and contacted PlumbSmart for help. The PlumbSmart technician, Jorge, worked hard and found a cracked pvc elbow on the main water line coming into the house. He repaired it but also found other potential problems with the pvc line and tree roots. So, we decided to replace the entire pvc line with pex tubing. We thank Jorge and the other PlumbSmart personnel that worked on solving our main water line issue!

My kitchen faucet lost pressure so scheduled an appointment to see what the problem was. Roger arrived promptly the next day and determined that the cartridge in my 20 year old faucet had gone out and the faucet was so full of calcium that the faucet needed to be replaced. He said if I bought a faucet on my own, Plumbsmart could install it and to just call and schedule another appointment once I had the faucet. Buying my own faucet would save me $$$. Didn't charge me a thing. I went out that day and bought a new faucet; then called and got appointment the next day for the installation. Jorge arrived on time and installed the new faucet. Took less than an hour. I had cleared everything out from under the sink and he and his helper offered to put everything back for me. What amazing service! (I declined as I wanted to know where everything was. IYKYK. But what sweet young men to offer to do that!) Highly recommend Plumbsmart!

I smelled sewer smell in my house, and noises in the kitchen drain when the washer (in another room) discharged water. I called Plumbsmart and they came and cleaned out the drain, then did a camera view and found that my concrete sewer pipes were separating, with tree roots invading. They ended up replacing 70 feet of sewer drains, from the house to the back alley ($8,000). They did the job in the one week they told me, even though we had 2 solid days of rain. They also cleaned out all the drains beneath the house (free of charge). There were a few glitches along the way and they were quick to take care of them, promptly and without argument. Adam, Herman, and Chris were just great to work with. Thanks, Guys!!

Highly, Highly, Highly Recommended Plumb Smart & Joey!! We had an underground pipe leak and Joey came out within an hour of being called. (After hours on a Friday, no less.) He found the issue quickly, replaced the previously done work efficiently, and also fixed another problem we couldn’t identify. We expected the repair to be a super expensive fix, but Joey had all the materials on hand to repair everything quickly and correctly without costing us an arm and a leg! He had our water back on in about an hour and a half. On top of the excellent workmanship, he was very nice and had a great personality. Fast service, fair pricing, and truly reliable!!! On Sunday night (31 May 2026) my Echo Water Softener stated I needed service. Tried to schedule with company I bought it from and found out they no longer existed. I went online and it said PlumSmart was open and thought It was a website malfunction and decided to call the number.and to my amazement a young lady answered and I was scheduled for Monday (1May 2026). The professionalism by Jorge and his assistant in training (Edward) was beyond reproach. Having had water softeners since 1991 I can say Jorge is the best of the best. I highly recommend this company and if anyone need water softener service ask for Jorge.

Our Plumber Joey S. arrived at 9:30 a.m. Super professional and very friendly. Our house had a backup of water in the Kitchen Sink which indicated a blockage in the drain pipe! He quickly assessed the situation and cleared out the pipe so the kitchen water could run freely! He kept everything clean as he worked and wiped up any spills immediately. Super Job! We appreciated the Military discount. PS: highest rating is a 5-Star But he rated a 6+ Star for this elderly retired military couple. PlumbSmart is now our Family “Go-To” Plumbing Business and we highly recommend PlumbSmart to everyone!

I would like to thank Jorge and Plumbsmart in their response to my recent predicament There was a slow leak near my curb water box. Schertz water department came out and took a look and said the leak was between the meter and my house so it was my responsibility. Plumbsmart put in the line to my house four years ago and it was still under warranty. Jorge dug all around the meter and discovered the leak was before the meter and even talked to Schertz water department on the phone. Plumbsmart didn’t charge me for the work. I will be calling Plumbsmart for any plumbing issues Thank you!
