Tech arrived on time, with proper notice. He quickly completed repairs on our mini-split and communicated well throughout. They also had the courtesy of calling me after the work was complete to confirm I was happy with the work done. They obviously prioritize customer service and will certainly be using them again!
Mike came out to look at our 16 year old water heater and to give us quotes on replacing it. We are considering tankless vs regular tank, and he took a lot of time to inspect the area and make sure we could install the tankless with little issue. He gave us a very reasonable quote, and could have installed the tankless that day if we wanted! He was professional, personable and it was nice to have the actual plumber look at our system and give us the quote instead of just a sales person. The pricing was better than the 2 other companies (both large, well-known ones) and we are hoping to move forward. If the install goes as well as the inspection/quote, Plumbline will be our new go-to for plumbing services!
I was referred to Plumbline by my local Home Depot for a furnace check up. Patrick arrived on time and was through in his inspection. He located several major issues with our furnace and was quick to ease my mind when explaining the situation. An additional team member named Macy quickly met with us to break down options for a solution. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Both Patrick and Macy were very detail oriented and a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Plumbline as a company for their exceptional customer service and kind employees.
The liars at Plumbline NEVER called to say they would not keep their appointment I made two days ago online...called 5 times yesterday morning to confirm, no one answered until the 5th time, confirmed that "KENNY" would be coming, at 4:38pm I called saying I had not heard from anyone.... LISTEN PEOPLE!!!! They will LIE and say they called, even trying to say that "ma'am you are on a recorded line" when I got mad!!!! HEY: I got mad but NEVER cursed at you because I am a Christian so I do NOT curse...but I am sure you deservedly have been by others!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE read all the hundreds of reviews showing they repeatedly do this and DO NOT USE THEM!!!
While the tech was nice and on time I am super unsatisfied with the fact that I was charged $570 for a 30 minute visit. I supplied the part and he wasn't working for more than 20 min. Total ripoff. 10/10 do not recommend unless you want to throw your money down the drain.
BEWARE OF SCAMS! My husband signed up for the VIP service with this business. When we had a backed up sewer line, I called them and they cleaned it out for $75, but they said that we should have a camera view inspection of the sewer line because they thought there could be a problem, and they would have to set that up later that evening. They did not have the camera equipment with them. Later that day another person came out and did an examination via camera of the sewer line. He said that the lines underneath our front yard and into the middle of the street needed to be replaced the tune of $25,000. Their process would have also torn up my entire front yard, including a French drain and a swale drain. Restoring that by using a landscaping service would easily have been another $25,000. So I was looking at a $50,000 cash expenditure. Plumbline did not leave me with a copy of the video of my sewer lines. At the urging of neighbor, I got a second opinion from a company that she recommended. This company does not do the type of extensive repairs that Plumbline sells, so they have no invested interest in selling me on any repairs if they are not needed. They clean and maintain lines but do not repair them. I asked Plumbline to email me a copy of the video of my sewer lines. I wanted to review it and also to show it to other companies for competitive bidding. They promised to do so the same day, but they never delivered the video. In fact, they did not call me back with any follow up at all after I requested the video, not even to check on their $25,000 proposal. It has been almost a week. The second company started with a camera scope to check the condition of my sewer lines after having been cleaned the day before. I myself could see that there were still lots of roots and debris still in the sewer line that had not been properly cleaned the day before. Because of the accumulation of debris in the lines, it was impossible to determine whether they needed to be replaced or not. There were lots of sections where the camera just showed black areas. The second company cleaned the sewer line, did another camera inspection to find any leftover roots or blockages, and then cleaned it again to get those remaining problematic areas. He saved me a copy of the final video on a thumb drive. When the work was done, the technician explained that we needed to run a lot of water through the lines to flush out the debris left over from cleaning (chopped up roots, scale, etc.) Plumbline had told us not to run much water through the lines because it could back up again. It made sense to me that we would need to flush out the debris that was loosened up in the cleaning process, and that is what we did. Everything was fine. My sewer lines will need to replaced at some point, but they are fine for now, and may be fine for many more years. The second company gave me some excellent instructions on how to remove sludge build up and recommended annual cleanings at a very reasonable price to attack the tree roots that will continue to invade my lines. They also have a jet flushing system for several hundred dollars, but the technician said the benefit wasn't worth the price and my situation and not to go ahead with that extra expense. He explained that one of the biggest scams in Colorado is companies giving a low price to come in and clean sewer lines, not really cleaning them well, and then recommending that you have the whole sewer line system replaced ASAP. I am so grateful for my neighbor who insisted that I get a second opinion.
We have been Plumbline Services customers since 2016. On March 13th we had Kelsea come for our annual HVAC appointment. Kelsea is by far One Of The BEST HVAC people we have ever had in our house. She thoroughly checked our gas lines to start out. Then when checking out the furnace she noticed several issues, and pointed them out to us. She was not only professional, but very friendly. She has no hesitation explaining things in detail as to what work she was going to perform, and why. She talked us into getting a GPS system to help zap out negative ions in the air. It works hand in hand with our polarized air filters. Kelsea had a few other techs call her while she was here to ask questions to ensure what they were doing was correct. Even her co-workers know what a GEM this awesome HVAC person Kelsea is. I will be asking for Kelsea to do our annual inspections every year going forward. Thanks Kelsea for helping take care of us, and our our home. Plumbline continues to amaze us by the people they send to service our home. Thank you as well Plumbline Services. UPDATE: 120925. MEGAN C in Dispatch is OUTSTANDING. Great customer service skills, very friendly, and very helpful. Thanks for always taking care of your customers with your awesome personality Megan C. UPDATE: 122225. Kelsea S came to do our annual HVA checkup today. Kelsea is a ROCKSTAR. She is a 20 out of 10. She found a few things wrong with our furnace, and made sure to take care of every issue she found. Bob Logan please give this ROCKSTAR a raise as she deserves it. Thank you Kelsea for being an awesome tech, and an awesome person :-) UPDATE: 030226. Just had Jeremy P come out to change out our lighting in both upstairs bathrooms. He also changed some wiring on the outside of our home to insulate them. Jeremy is a 10 out of 10. He took the time to explain in detail the work he was going to perform, and answered any questions I had. This kind of service is the reason we have used Plumbline Services in our home since January 2016. When you are looking for a reliable company who not only does quality work, but backs it up then this is the company you want in your house. Thank you Plumbline Services for all you have done for us, and all you continue to do for our home. UPDATE: 052826. Had Jeremy P out to our house again. He installed a new Master Bath Fan, and a light above our shower in the Master Bath. He did an outstanding job, and cleaned up after himself. It looked like nobody was even in that bathroom. Jeremy is a 10 out 10 Electrician. He is definitely a ROCK STAR who works for Plumbline Services.
I had Plumbline out on a Saturday in July when my gas tank water heater died. The person that arrived had never even heard of an electric tankless water heater before and kept trying to talk me into buying the replacement gas heater in the back of his truck. When I finally told him that was never going to be an option he folded and said he would send me some quotes on Monday. He also assured me that if none of the options he quoted were what I would like, that I could purchase my own and they would install it for me. On the following Monday, I got a call from a plumber that was heading to my house, and I was unsure why, so dispatch called me and I explained to them everything that transpired on Saturday, they assured me they would get the quotes out to me by EOD, which to their credit they did. None of the quotes were even close to what I was asking for, so I decided to do some homework and purchase my own that they would install as the guy told me. Once I had the new heater, I called them up and they sent their electricians out who looked at my system and told me I did not have enough power to run this. I asked what it would take, they told me and then after wasting my time for the day... they turned around and stated that they would not be able to work on my house because I have a solar array and (even though all that is needed is to shutoff the solar disconnect) their people arent trained to work on solar... to this, I say get with the damned program because soon you arent gonna be in business if you refuse to work on panels where the house has solar! So again I am out of luck. 4 months later and I have an electrician that isn't afraid of flipping the switch on a disconnect, followed by a service upgrade, and a new panel with enough power to run the heater. All I need is the heater hooked up so that the electrician can run the cabling to it. So I call Plumbline for third and FINAL time to come out and get the rest of everything done and after initially coming out at only $800 less than any of the quotes I received for equipment AND labor (mind you I already have the equipment now) than what they had previously said they could do it for (in July), they come back in and say they are refusing to do it. Basically from what I can tell Plumbline wants extremely easy jobs that they can rip off people in need for. I will never call them again!
We returned home after being away for a few days to find that a secondary line from the kitchen sink/washing machine was clogged. Went to the Tom Martino Referral List (first mistake) and called Plumbline and they came out the next day. The trainee tried snaking the pipe through the kitchen drain. They could go out 75 feet to the main but yet it was still clogged. The trainer also tried to clear the line and went out 75 ft and said it was still clogged. Time for the cameraman who said they needed to rip up the concrete in the basement to see what's going on in the cast iron pipe. 4 .5 feet for $5950, with the expectation it could be more depending on what they find. Also took asbestos sample of two linoleum tiles, one laid in 1995 and the other in 2012. He said he was required by the state of Colorado to do so. My research shows that it was such a small area (4 square feet) that it was not required. Also he did not contain the samples, so if asbestos was involved he would have contaminated my home and carpet. The whole thing did not sit well with me. I contacted AAA Plumbing (second mistake)and had them come out. That lazy person didn't bother to even try to get it unclogged but said he would replace 15 ft of the secondary line for $9,000. Called my brother-in-law who is a master plumber in Wyoming to get his opinion. He said he would come down and see what was going on. He snaked the line from the washing machine not from the pipe upstairs and had our draining unclogged within a few minutes! We did not need these unnecessary repairs that they were trying to sell us! Interesting fact. I have shared this with many people and many have said they also had been ripped off by Plumbline. I only gave them a one because I had to. Otherwise I would have give them a 0
On 3/22/26 I contacted Plumbline regarding a plugged up kitchen sink. The technician showed up the next morning. There was standing water in both sides of the sink the evening of 3/22. When the technician showed up the water had drained. This had happened the previous day as well. The technician proceeded to alternatively run hot and cold water on both sides of the sink. He did this for some time until we both heard a loud popping sound. The result was a crack in one of the bowls sufficient enough to leak water. He immediately called his supervisor who said in over 20 experience in the business he never experienced before. I asked what the resolution might be thinking the company might have a liability policy since it was an accident. The technician said his supervisor would send someone out that afternoon to assess the situation. Another technician showed up around 3:30 that afternoon, didn't introduce himself walked directly into the kitchen. Looked at the cracked sink and used a flashlight to check under the sink, mumbled something about the pipes? I then asked what could be done. He said "I'm just a plumber" and walked out the front door without saying goodbye or about any follow up. In my 40 years as a sales and marketing executive I never experience a more rude and uncaring attitude. I immediately called customer service and expressed my concern. The individual appeared very helpful and said he would pass on my experience to a manager. He indicated that I would hear from someone on 5/26 or 5/27. Not only did I not hear from someone, I received a text from the company on 5/24 with an estimate to do the work for $4,117.40. Needless to say I wouldn't do business with this company under any circumstances.
First time using Plumbline and had them come out to do a furnace tune up. 1. They were hours late. The window where they were supposed to show up was already a 5 hour window, but they went 3 hour past that. We waited around for 8 hours. Additionally, I called the main office to get an ETA, and the technician was supposed to call me.. got nothing. 2. When the tech did get here he stayed for approximately 30 minutes and proceed to sell us a new AC/furnace combo. When we told him our AC was brand new he told us we might need a new furnace then and showed us some pictures of dusty parts in our furnace he had taken. When we told him we probably don't want to replace the furnace right away, he said we needed to at least replace the motor and some fan/vent because it was dirty and could contribute to poor air quality. 3. Okay then- giving the tech the benefit of the doubt, we asked for a quote. Got nothing. Called the main office next day and requested the quote again. Got nothing. But we did get some vague pictures of dusty furnace parts. All in all, don't do it. I got sucked in on the furnace tune up deal but at the end of the day I don't even know if anything was actually done. We're about to get a second opinion here so we'll see. Update: we got that second opinion- turns out the motor is fine and plumblines tech didn't clean or do anything when they were here. Last update: so after a scathing email I sent to Plumbline, the manager followed up and refunded the service and agreed that this one visit was not up to standard. As far as that goes, I appreciate their follow up and customer service. Still think they should vet their techs better though.
Well I hate to do this but I highly highly DO NOT recommend this business for their service. It started out great by them installing our air conditioner with a great guy and we were satisfied. But then came the VIP service contract. Not once in 2 years have they honored their first or second appointment for coming out to do a maintenance check. This is a service we pre-paid for. They cancel EVERY time. When we make appointments we just laugh and make bets as to how close to the appointment time they will cancel cuz they will. Today it was 3 min before they were supposed to show up. If they aren't going to honor this service then maybe they shouldn't offer it. We actually tried to schedule the air conditioner check last April and they "could not fit us in until August". Mind you one of the hottest months of the year. And their excuse for not coming out now is well it's so hot and we have customers with broken air conditioners. Oh jeez surprise surprise I could have told them that maintenance appointments in August might be difficult due to weather. They need to set aside a guy who just does maintenance appointments. Also, they wanted to schedule what was 2 appointments into one. We had an appt for the furnace coming up in Oct. We don't even have the furnace on right now but ok. Let's do both on August. Their VIP is a JOKE. We feel as if we are being treated worse than a new customer or certainly other VIP's who need service because they can make some money on them. I get it people want their air conditioners working and they may be VIP's too but Plumbline needs to do a better job of assigning employees to honor the maintenance checks they offer.
I just needed someone to come out and loosen some screw and pieces that I didn't have the tools for. The plumber came in at started looking at things that "needed" fixing. I should have asked him to leave, so that is one me. He did replace some valves, which really I just needed them loosened so I could work on some other stuff. He said one was dripping. I didn't think so, but I didn't check, again on me. Then he went into the bathtub area and said I needed valves. I didn't think so, I just needed the screws loose that I could not. For some reason they were on really tight. He got in there and said my valves were back and he couldn't stop the leak, so he charged me for more valves. He got 2 cold water valves, so that didn't work and he left after I paid him way more that I really needed to. Again, I accept some responsibility for that other than if he was honest, I never would have had to. Well, the new valves weren't working right (2 cold water), plus just wasn't working right. All the time, rather than taking care of what I called for, he was always looking for "things that were wrong", that I should pay to fix. Always looking to upsell rather than taking care of what he was called for. I called and complained and they sent another guy out the next day and he tried to tell me that the new thing was for 2 valves working the same way, that the 2 cold water valves were the new thing. I didn't buy it this time and made him go and get a new hot water valve and put it in. It still wasn't working as good as the old ones. The next day I put in the old valves and they were perfectly. These people are not honest people.
Plumbline , just another name for Con Artists. The rep was more interested in selling a damn membership instead of fixing the problem. We originally declined their "VIP Membership" but were signed up anyway despite them clearly being told "No, we don't want this". Good thing we checked our email because we got the "Welcome to VIP" .That is just where it started. On top of that , they tried to claim that they didn't sign us up. Strike 1. Next thing that was an awful experience was timing. There were never any clear communication on when the tech was supposed to be there and we were expected to work around their schedule. Umm no, we're paying you. You show up on our time. So because of that we were without drinking water for a weekend. Then the dispatcher outright lied about the conversation regarding availability. Strike 2. And Finally, we had enough of their bullshit. Sorry for the language but at this point it's clear this company is only after money and could seriously care less about providing a community service. We reached for a second opinion. Guess what? The second opinion came in $250 cheaper, no crappy little membership pitch, and also pointed out that Plumbline was quoting unnecessary work. So basically, they were trying to rip us off and we caught them red handed. Never reaching out Plumbline EVER again. Strike 3. Bottom line, this company operates dishonestly, lacks integrity, and is clearly motivated by money. Never trust an organization that markets themselves as something they are not. They clearly know they're gaslighting their customers into believing their reality in hopes you won't notice you're being conned.
Great Follow-Up and Resolution – They Made It Right on My HVAC Issues! I originally had a frustrating experience with Plumbline's VIP Plan maintenance on my less-than-1-year-old furnace and A/C (installed March 2025). The initial visit highlighted dust buildup and a tipping filter issue (no proper bracket/slots, leading to direct dust into the blower), but it felt like an upsell push with inconsistent quotes for cleaning services that I thought should be more covered under the plan. The tech was knowledgeable but pushy about immediate add-ons, and the filter "fix" was just tape. After leaving a detailed review and feedback, Plumbline reached out promptly and offered to come back to address everything. They followed through professionally: Properly fixed the filter bracket issue with a secure, makeshift solution that actually holds it in place—no more tipping or bypassed dust. They performed the necessary cleaning on the blower assembly, leaving the system spotless and running efficiently. No pressure this time; they explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and focused on resolution without pushing extras. I'm impressed with how they handled the follow-up, turning a negative into a positive. The team listened, made it right at no extra hassle, and demonstrated good customer care, especially for a VIP member. My system is now in great shape, and the issues are resolved. If you're on their VIP Plan or considering it, know that while initial experiences can vary, they seem committed to satisfaction when you speak up. Thanks to the team for stepping up. I'll be more confident using them going forward.
