Plumbing Techs is very responsive to customer needs while providing high quality workmanship. We made an inquiry call on one day, the scheduling gals had Edward visit us on the same day to quote. Edward was at our home the next day. He then adapted his schedule, merged his project with a professional from a different trade & merged his work with the other professional he had never met. The end result is art work! Thank you so much to all at Plumbing Techs …… you’ll be hearing from us again! And, AGAIN, they did hear from us…04/01/2026 Martin came to install our wall hanging vanity, faucet & toilet. Martin did an exceptional job! He demonstrated a sincere interest in his work. Highly recommended. I had many things done in my house and the plumber was professional and nice. And, prices were much more reasonable than other quotes I got. When I've used other plumbing companies, such as Paradigm, one feels totally taken advantage of....not the case with Plumbing Techs.

I requested to check my sump pump and install a faucet to the basement bathroom sink. The service was completed quickly and professionally. Another great experience with Plumbing Techs.

Had a great experience with our new HWH, it’s only been one day but haven’t noticed any issues so far. Kevin was very laid back and efficient. I’m not a plumber so I don’t know all the technical aspects but the connections look clean and visually appealing, as far as appliances go. Good customer service with Kevin was also appreciated, as we had to figure out why our debit card wasn’t working. Turned out my wife had a limit on it and that’s why the payments weren’t going through. Kevin was patient and accommodating as we sorted out the issue. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Plumbing Techs from start to finish. The service was extremely quick, and Chris, the technician, was excellent. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the water heater was installed correctly.
