Plumbing Outfitters has always done a good job when servicing our home. They are prompt in their responses and scheduling, and always provide an estimate before starting repairs. Our technician, Seth Sabo, was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the plumbing issue and answered all of our questions. He also advised us on potential future issues we may experience due to the root cause of our current problem.

First time hiring Plumbing Outfitters so was slightly nervous at first, but Matthew A was excellent. Super thorough and noticeably took pride in his craft. These guys will be my go to going forward.

5 Stars as always for Plumbing Outfitters. Jorge and Joe came by today for a toilet replacement and were quick, polite, and of course gave plenty of pets to the dogs. More so, Plumbing Outfitters never tries to oversell me. They walked me through a potential issue today and made me feel confident in their path forward-- even saving me money. If you need plumbing work done, Plumbing Outfitters is the only way to go.

Highly unsatisfactory. Their technician quickly deemed a sink replacement "too difficult," quoted a high price, and left within 20 minutes. I hired another company that completed the job the same day for significantly less. When I was contacted about the quote I told Plumbing Outfitters my concerns and they insisted on sending a supervisor out. That person was less than professional and unnecessarily demeaning about the other company's work. More frustratingly, they've repeatedly called me since the initial visit, despite my clear requests to be removed from their list, they've insisted I discuss the issues with management. I received another call today trying to generate a lead. It's exhausting.

Methodical, Dedicated, and Stayed Past 5 PM on a Friday -- What More Can You Ask For? Last Saturday I noticed water pooling near my foundation by the back of my house. No idea what was causing it and no idea how serious it was. I called Plumbing Outfitters and I am so glad I did. They sent Seth and Micha out on a Friday. These two ran diagnostics and tests for three solid hours, and they kept going past 5 PM without complaint, without rushing, without making me feel like I was keeping them from their weekend. That kind of dedication tells you everything you need to know about a company's culture. They confirmed there was a leak but the source was elusive enough that they called in reinforcements. That's when Melvin came out, their leak specialist, and he brought Micha and Tyler with him. This crew was methodical. They found and fixed a leak at the front of the house from the inflow pipe but also recommened testing all the drain lines to be safe. They went line by line, systematically testing every drain line in the house until they isolated the problem. Watching them work was genuinely impressive. No guessing, no shortcuts, just professionals doing exactly what professionals are supposed to do. We now know what we're dealing with and we are on the road to getting it fixed. That peace of mind is invaluable when you're staring down a potential foundation issue. Highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters.

It is always worrisome to have to have a plumber come to fix a problem given the horror stories one hears. I contacted Plumbing Outfitters based on their recommendations in Next Door. Their response was almost immediate and Matthew Albitre came the next day--because of my schedule, not his. He worked quickly to identify the problem and was very transparent, with photos as well, with what he found. The repair was going to be complicated; he explained the problem and gave me two options for the repair with prices for each option. I chose the lesser option with the hope that I wouldn't have to go to the major repair. As soon as I chose, Matthew cancelled the initial visit charge and we set up the repair for the next morning. Two men came to the house, worked for several hours and solved the problem. Throughout the process, I was not pressured in the choices I was given, and the work was done competently and quickly. In addition, after the work was finished, I was offered a service contract that covered any plumbing issue for a year at no extra charge. We had our Master Bath drain backing up and called out one company which sent an inexperienced plumber who spent 2 hours accomplishing nothing. We then called Cold is on the Right who came out the following day. They diagnosed that there were rocks in our drain which meant the drain had collapsed and would require tunneling under our house to repair. A bid of $27,000 resulted in our getting a 3rd opinion. Plumbing Outfitters came out, diagnosed that there was a plastic grid blocking the drain and stated that they would try to break it up and wash out with a hydro jetter. This bid was for $1800.00. If not successful tunneling would be required at approximately $12,000. Matt and Zack came out, cleared the drain, hydro jetted to clean out additional debris in the drain and finished up their work after about 4 hours. My advice is if you need major or minor plumbing repairs, call Plumbing Outfitters and have Matt and Zack take care of you. If you want a misdiagnosis along with an astronomical price, call Cold is on the Right.

He spoke with me directly and walked me through everything he was doing step by step, as if I were there with him. Jess Shaw took exceptional care of my home and belongings and was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring during a very stressful time. He called when he was on the way, let me know when he arrived, and later explained in detail what caused the leak, the next steps, and made sure I felt confident that everything was taken care of. Jess is a true asset to Plumbing Outfitters, and they are very lucky to have such a responsible and dependable employee. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work you may need.

Plumbing Outfitters is easily the best plumbing company I've worked with. They're always quick to respond, their pricing is fair, and the quality of work is consistently top-notch. But what really makes them stand out is how much they genuinely care. Every single plumber who has come out has gone well beyond expectations. They take the time to explain what's going on, look out for anything that might cause issues down the road, and make sure everything is done right. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it shows. Every plumber we've had from Plumbing Outfitters has been a five-star experience. I'm not sure how they manage to keep that level of quality across the board, but they do. I recommend them to everyone. Just a solid, trustworthy company that consistently delivers.

Noah and his helper arrived on time the first day to assess and offer solutions. He explained each option and the reason for each. I selected what I wanted done and he and another helper arrived punctually the next morning. All repairs were completed as estimated with no surprises or last-minute additions. All three bathrooms were left clean and all ground displaced outside in the front yard was carefully replaced. Noah and his helpers were courteous, respectful, and professional. They were even kind and patient with my extremely inquisitive and talkative grandson, and quickly installed the inexpensive shower sprayer I bought for his bathroom at no extra charge. I will definitely call Plumbing Outfitters in the future and highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing service.

Plumbing Outfitters did an outstanding job for us, going above and beyond our already high expectations of this amazing company! From the first conversation, their team was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, respected our campus, and took real pride in their craftsmanship. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines skill with genuine care, but Plumbing Outfitters does exactly that. Their work was excellent, tidy, and done right the first time. Best service ever!!! I’m not just saying this to give a positive review. Kyle and Jason showed up in time, very professional, clean and polite. Never did I think they tried to sell me things I did not need or use industry verbiage to try to confuse me. They explained everything from start to finish and in a timely manner. Cleaned up after the job was done, I couldn’t ask for a better service. I highly recommend you use them and if your lucky Kyle and Jason will show up to help you with your plumbing needs. We called Plumbing Outfitters on Friday at about 12:15p about a water leak we found in our yard near the PRV and the main shutoff. We scheduled them to come to my home, and they were at my home about 1:35pm. They repaired the problem and I was back online by 3:15pm. Noah R was the technician and he did a great job for us and was very professional. The final invoice included photos on the finished job and checking the home pressure on the system. I highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters and our experience was outstanding.
