“I called about noon to schedule a water heater repair. Karen told me tech would be out between 1 and 3 that same day and it would be $89.00 for them to come out. Just after 3:00 Karen calls back to tell me the tech is running late and would be there within the hour. Frustrating but understandable. That isn't all though. Before hanging up Karen asks some basic questions: Brand of water heater? Gas/electric? Age …”

Friendly, prompt and gave me a few options on what I could do to resolve my issue. He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up after! My first experience with 911 was awesome!! “Connor was on time, a gentleman, got right to the job. Did it quickly. Happy it wasn't more serious than it was. He checked it 3 times to be assured the challenge was taken care of.
