Had a clogged sewer pipe out in my front yard due to roots growing into it. Jesse came out within a couple of hours and cleared the clog as well as determined the needed work to get the pipe replaced. He quoted me right away and answered all my questions patiently, all late in the evening. Even noted to forgive the camera cost ($300) if I decided to move forward with the job, because I was concerned about overall cost. I called the next morning to schedule the job and they were able to fit me in just a few days later. The project crew (Kevin, Chris & Nathan) were nice guys, they worked fast and left the dig site looking like nothing ever happened. Even put grass seed down. Overall very happy with everything and can only recommend.

Initial assessment went fine. After second visit, I was "shown" the repairs. I later discovered the shower was obviously not in decent working order after all. They returned but I should have been told I still needed an additional part instead of portraying the work as complete AND accepting total balance due AND requesting a review on the spot ---knowing the work was not actually finished.

This is our second time using Plumber Near Me...they are our forever go to plumbing company. We called them about a loose toilet figuring a simple reseal. When Jesse and Mason came out they immediately discovered the floor under the toilet was soft. They went into the crawl space and found the cheap substandard pipes that were put into many 1990s housing. They also found several small leaks. Showed us the photos. Gave us a couple of options and we went with replacement. Jesse then check the other two toilets and we ended up replacing what we call the "clog machine" with a new toilet. Next day....Kevin, who had fixed our water heater the day after we moved in, came to replace the pipes along with Nathan. They had to saw pieces out of some of the drywall to reach the pipes from upstairs. They were very careful about removing only what they needed to. They kept us updated and worked consistently updating the pipes. They made sure they tested all the piping and that all sinks, etc. worked after turning the water back on. Second day....Kevin and Nathan came back to finish running lines and make sure every connection had been done correctly. Jesse, Mason, Kevin and Nathan were awesome. Friendly and informative. Kevin and Nathan did an excellent job, and provided clear communication about the process and scope of work on our project. We had our house bins replaced and the front and back of our home as well as a dedicate hydrant added for our garden. Quote to complete was 5 days.
