“2/25/2026--The installation of our new hot water heater was done perfectly — great service and no issues with the setup. However, there is one area for improvement: during the removal of the old, broken hot water heater, no protective plastic sheeting was laid down over our finished basement carpet. When the old unit was tilted and moved, rusty/dirty water leaked from the bottom onto the carpeting.”
