PJ's Plumbing

I’ve worked with PJs several times over the last couple years and they have been great. They have been available when I needed them and communication has been great. Their technicians show up on time with well equipped trucks and the knowledge needed for the job. I am in a similar trade and in the same area, but I recommend PJs to my customers when I am unable to get there quickly enough and they have come through every time.

Fair pricing and great service. We had a tankless water heater fail and got a replacement in 2 days. Install took half day and they cleaned up well too.

I have used Paul and his team at Pjs Plumbing service a couple of times and have been very happy with their service. The first time I used them was earlier this year and it was for an urgent sewage leak. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and showed great communication letting me know what the problems were and how they would troubleshoot. They were very mindful of keeping the area clean during the repair. They even went the extra mile by using Clorox to clean up after themselves. Not only was their service effective, but their pricing was also very reasonable, especially compared to other companies in the area. Given my positive first experience, I decided to use them again just last week when one of our water heaters leaked in the basement. Having Paul’s cell number saved in my contacts, I called him in the morning to discuss the issue. I sent photos and they arrived and replaced my water heater by the end of the day. I highly recommend PJ's plumbing service for anyone in need of a reliable and professional plumber. They will be my go to plumbers in the future.

We had them plumb our new construction home, complete with a 1 yr warranty. We discovered an issue 6months ago where the hot water wasn't consistent in our bath and showers. Paul sent out someone 3 times, each time performing a simple fix and saying "if it's still not working right, just let us know". The 4th time they sent out the vendor who sold the hot water heater, without my knowing; suddenly I got a call from a company I'm not familiar with, telling me they're coming out to look over the heater. Would've been nice to get the heads up, Paul. Still the hot water was running cool after 15min. My husband finds that a check valve doesn't seem to be working properly. I message Paul and he tells me it's not the valve but no one had assessed it.. 🤔 He then says to contact my builder (which he knows is impossible at this point for separate reasons). He won't return calls or emails. I put a pin in this for a couple months to work on more pressing things. I just contacted him and he was so quick to reply and friendly! Turns out he forgot who I was and asked for my name number and address and scheduled someone for the next day, 2hr window. No one showed, called or emailed. My best guess is he pulled up our file and promptly decided to ghost us. I called and emailed multiple times to no reply. I took hours out of my day for them to come and fix this issue and they didn't show.. what a trashy move. Completely rude and unprofessional and our warranty is still good for another 2 months. We paid him in full and he did not hold his end of the bargain. I'm reporting him to every bureau and vendor we used. Oh, and we hired a real reputable plumber who came out day-of, and he verified the check valve was stuck and is fixing it as we speak. Save the headache and find someone else... this guy is too busy taking people to collections and making up arbitrary numbers (per the other reviews)😂

PJ's is definitely the most professional plumbing business that I have encountered...and I have needed to call on plumbers quite a few times, as an "older" home owner of nearly 25 years. PJ's has always been great about getting someone out to diagnose and solve our plumbing issues as soon as we call. Their staff is responsive, polite, and works well together, to get the job done! They are great about explaining what they are doing and why. We have had PJ's to our house multiple times, and will continue to call them for any plumbing issues we encounter in the future! I would definitely recommend them!
