We solicited about half a dozen quotes to replace our leaking oil tank and are so glad we chose PVE. They weren’t the first one we called but were one of the first to arrive. Since then, the process was quick and easy with online options to view and accept the bid and pay (folks who want to do it the old fashioned way are welcome to). PVE reps Muir, Amanda and Chris promptly and patiently answered all my follow up questions before we accepted the bid. Extra points for being accessible and transparent. Techs Luke and C.J. were here the next morning and were as friendly and professional as you could expect. They completed the job by early afternoon and cleaned up without a trace. There were no additional costs over the quote (which can legitimately happen sometimes). Yes, there were some lowers cost bids - and some higher - but it was worth the convenience and peace of mind knowing PVE enjoys a stellar reputation to not go with the lowest bids. Highly recommend. I’d rate 10 stars if possible!

PVE was responsive and understanding during a busy time. When Ryan came to our house he was clear, patient, thoughtful and respectful. He listened, worked methodically to diagnose and resolve our issues, and kept us informed at every step of the way. Highly recommend.

Had a problem with my kitchen sink, a leak when I was running water. Called Pioneer Valley Environmental - excellent customer service and they got someone out here in short notice the day after a blizzard. From the day I called they got someone here within a few days. Nick (the plumber) got here right on time, which I appreciated, he was very courteous and friendly, did not try to overcharge me (had another issue I had him look at that would've been expensive to fix - he honestly told me I didn't need to have it fixed at this moment. He did a straight ahead replacement of my kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Took him about an hour (I already had the replacement equipment for him to install). $867 for that job. This was my first experience with Pioneer Valley Environmental. Nick seems to have done good work on a straight ahead repair. Friendly kid. Would recommend!

PVE has done work for us in the past and I would continue to call them for every plumbing need we have going forward. Anthony and Dylan were professionals who came and assessed the problem (sump pump drainage issue) and gave us reasonable solutions. We ended up going with their full recommendation and they spent the whole day making sure we had everything we needed to avoid future issues. We couldn’t recommend them enough.

From quote, to being updated with accurate time of our technicians’ arrival, to the work and finalizing the bill-Veronica & Jack were great. I had a decorative ceiling light and a kitchen island power strip installed. The light was a precarious install being on the stairway. I highly recommend.
