Pillar Plumbing

We had a water heater go bad late last night, so I called this morning. I didn’t think they would be able to get us scheduled for an estimate so quickly, but they got to the house within a hour and half of making the call. Their pricing is excellent, and more importantly, Peter didn’t attempt to sell me every option available. He addressed my concerns, gave me viable options and walked me through everything to make sure we were getting everything we need.

It was easy to schedule a service visit with Pillar Plumbing. The communication was excellent. The plumber who helped me, Tim Lang, wore shoe protectors when working inside and tackled my list of concerns efficiently. He is knowledgeable and shared advice with me regarding water quality and supplies I need to order. I will not hesitate to call Pillar Plumbing again if the need arises.

Pillar Plumbing has been great to work with. They have supported my family in two homes now in the last few years. Some of the work they've done for us includes: - replaced a pair of 50-gallon water heaters in each of the two homes - replaced a kitchen sink and faucet in our new home while I was traveling for work the Friday before Thanksgiving - installed a Moen whole home water shutoff system in my new home - cleared several clogged drain lines between the two homes They know their stuff and backup their word with solid work. I haven't had any issues with the folks from Pillar over the years. I plan to keep them on "speed dial" for the next plumbing need. I strongly recommend Pillar if you're within their service area.

I had Pillar Plumbing out yesterday to take a look at my aging hot water heater that had not been heating well and to address a leaky faucet. I also wanted the house shut off valve replaced as it had become very difficult to turn. Jonathan arrived right on time and I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and clear as he explained his findings and his recommendation to replace the water heater and why. He reviewed the work to be done and the quote for the work. Once i approved he got right to work. During the process he was joined by co-workers Tim, Ashton and Peter who had finished up their jobs for the day and stopped by to lend a hand. The leaky faucet was addressed the shut off valve installed and new hot water heater installed. They were all so friendly and professional and worked very well together to finish up the job. They cleaned up and left all work areas in great shape I join the many recommendations I found for this company! Top notch people and excellent service!

Fantastic experience all around! Fair prices, prompt appointments, great communication and friendly techs. We’ve used Pillar a couple of times now. The most recent visit was to replace our water heater. The experience was great from start to finish. Jonathan was able to get to us early. Called ahead to make sure we were available, plus their text notification had his picture so we would know who to expect at the door. That was very appreciated! The water heater was installed for a fair price and they cleaned up thoroughly afterward. It feels nice having a trusted plumber for the future. Highly recommend!
