Jerrod was very helpful and knowledgeable able our situation. Went the extra mile to help find out that the city sewer main is clogged and that the city needs to repair it. He offered a great solution while we wait for the city to repair the clog.

I've been a Power Plumbing customer and member for about a year now, and I recently renewed my annual membership — and for good reason. Cameron has visited twice in the past two weeks and delivered excellent results both times. First, he came out and did a thorough inspection, taking the time to assess everything carefully. Then he returned and quickly unclogged a main sewer drain and resealed an upstairs bathroom. Both visits were handled professionally and efficiently. Power Plumbing continues to earn my trust with every visit, and Cameron is a big reason why. Highly recommend.

Abdhul (I hope I didn’t butcher your name) was a great initial contact with power plumbing! He was professional, respectful & most importantly knowledgeable. He set up the appointment and understood exactly what I wanted done, without upselling me. Now to Roman Ramos! Amazing Tech. He came at the time I was told he was going to serve, and from the moment he arrived, he presented the same qualities that Abdhul illustrated. He got the job done pretty fast, and did it all on his own. He took pride on his work, the way he installed my water filtration system, and left it working properly & the area looks neat & properly installed. He also made sure that everything was working properly in my home before he left, looking out for me and my family. He show cased a high level of customer service & professionalism. Plus he knows how to hold good convos lol. Thank you Abdhul, Roman & power plumbing for doing a great job. I’ll definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs.

We have used Power plumbing services in Humble, Texas before. We had an issue with plumbing, due to the freeze, so we called them for help! Really happy with Abdul Rahman. He came on time to look at the issue. I have to say he was so friendly and polite and helpful! He spent time with me looking at the pipes and the configuration we had. He gave a bid for the minimum, a second one for more improvements and a third one, to make it even better so that the next time we have a freeze everything would be taken care of. There was never any pressure as to which level of work I wanted done. Also I knew it made sense because we had already repaired it once and it didn’t survive the freeze. So refreshing to speak with a plumber who helps you walk through the process and understand it. I highly recommend power plumbing services and really appreciate the technician, Abdul Rahman. This is a”before” photo — look at the top! Now check the finish photo how amazingly well it is wrapped! Also noticed the new handles and top which are much more efficient! My last advice to those of you reading this is to become a member of power plumbing. I was able to get a discount on the services. What I like most is the honesty of the bids and being given different options. If they had 10 stars, I will give Abdul of power plumbing 10 stars! That’s how happy I am with the work!

Funny story behind this review… I was actually trying to call another plumbing company and this company pulled up and I didn’t see it. I called them for an issue that I was having on a customer‘s home and Tim Gilpin showed up at my customer’s house within an hour to do the work. They quoted the job fairly. Their customer service was great and Tim was very responsive to any questions I had. I am definitely keeping their contact information to call again if I am ever needing their services. Best mistaken call ever!
