Devin and Rodney came to our home, after we paid way too much money to “ON TIME CROOKS”, and they fixed our plumbing and cleaned out our septic! This is the greatest company in the Birmingham area! Thank you Pickle Plumbing
I called for an estimate to empty our Septic Tank. I was completely clueless on the process. The lady that answered the phone explained everything and was very helpful and kind while answering all my questions. I was able to get an appointment within the week. the appointment that was available was from 8 to 12. I explained that there would be an hour that I would be unavailable during that time. They were completely understanding. The technician called me when he was on his way incase I was unavailable. Met me at my house and was very professional from the first phone call until the moment they left. Judd and Brody explained the process to my husband and was very personable and friendly to my son who wanted to "watch". These 2 young men had the best customer service and very kind. I Highly recommend this company! Superior customer service from the beginning to the end!!
Nick came to fix the issue with my kitchen sink. He was amazing! So honest. And did a great quality repair. No more leaky sinks here!
The technician seemed amazing he was well mannered and sweet. The problem is the job was scheduled and noone from the office called me to even verify that. Never even a call to ask me what day is good for me. The technician had to call me. I never knew till that day and time that my plumbing job was scheduled, but i was at work and couldnt just leave without notice. Ive used yalls company before for my parents house and i understand im a renter but its not hard to call the tenent or residents to make sure they know when the job is scheduled and to ask what day would be good for us. Side note when i have called the office Erica i think her name is not helpful and rude acts like shes better than me and just seems to not care, and if shes the scheduler maybe have her call residents to see if they will even be home. Just food for thought. I love pickle plumbing the company is great but that Erica shes gonna bring yall down and hurt yall.
Nick was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable. This was an overall great experience and I highly recommend!
