He took extra care and attention to our plumbing concerns and exemplified, excellent customer service. If all techs/reps are as good, we’ve found our honest, reliable plumbing services.

Dawson is an excellent service technician. He was professional, honest, real, and informative. He was able to troubleshoot complex issues that I needed to address and explain in detail how it should have been done originally as well as how he corrected it. He continually upheld a high standard of work throughout the entire experience and delivered a high sense of personal and professional integrity. They are great to explain everything from start to finish. The service person isn’t pushy about fixing things. They are very knowledgeable in their field of repairs. Zac and Alex installed a new furnace in our home today and they were outstanding. They were polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took their time with every single detail. They took great care educating me on how to maintain the furnace and I am 100% happy with how they treated me, our home, our property. I would recommend Peterman Brothers as a team without a hesitation. We had more than one interaction with staff from when the original furnace needed service, to the man who came to do the repair (CJ), to Andrew who came and assisted with the sales call. Every single person we dealt with was excellent. The entire experience with them was outstanding.

The tuneup service was flawless! I especially valued Richard's rundown after he was done, reporting what he found and how things looked, and the recommendations he gave us for system upkeep. The price was nice, too! We got a seasonal special price on one part of the service, but I would have happily paid the full amount for how affordable it was.
