Years ago, Blane and his working partner did a fantastic job at redoing/fixing our water heaters which a previous plumber had messed up. It was definitely a job well done! Recently, our heater wasn't connecting with our PV so I spoke to Blane and he was able to troubleshoot over the phone. He waited patiently on the phone while I followed his instructions in our process of figuring out the issue. We realized it was an electrical outlet issue! Since we were able to figure it out over the phone, Blane helped to save me money! I had actually called another company by accident while trying to find Performance Plumbing and they said they needed to come up to our house to figure it out even after I had sent them a picture. They didn't even try to see if could be an electrical problem! I thank God for Blane and his plumbing company! In addition, his office manager was so professional and kind! I will definitely call them in the future for my plumbing needs! May the Lord bless Performance Plumbing!😊. They surely had blessed us with their time and expertise!

Great service! My toilet was backed up and they were able to come out quickly to clear the clog. Highly recommend! Update: Recently purchased a new home in Koa Ridge and needed some work done. Awesome service, and such quality in their work! Shayna and Blane are awesome 10/10 recommend!

Remember back in the good old days when you could really count on a company for honesty and good quality work? Well, this is it! Performance Plumbing is the genuine deal. From the time I spoke to Shayna on the phone things just started to roll in a good an positive direction. Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in a job well done. He was also very neat and clean (didn't leave any mess behind). I can't believe a good, honest 5-star company still exists. Not sure if I should or am allowed to put the cost but believe me it was fair and honest. I am referring them to all my friends and family. From the first call for information/scheduling to project service/completion, working with Performance Plumbing was a terrific experience! The inspection report that we received when purchasing our new home listed 17 plumbing issues (replacement of valves, faucets, and diverters as well as splash guard installation) that needed to be addressed. Shayna was able to assist me with how to approach the repairs and schedule me for service quickly. She walked me through the process of submitting documentation so that an estimate could be provided that was easy for me to understand. Shayna was friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout our conversation. On service day, Nate, our plumbing technician, arrived on time -- he was personable, professional and patient. He took time to answer all of our questions. We feel that he went above and beyond our service expectations. Nate is truly an expert of his trade. There were no surprises at payment time -- the repair charges were fair and what we had been quoted. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Performance Plumbing and look forward to working with their staff for many years to come.
