Was having an issue with my water heater leaking and my kitchen faucet with water spokes and dried up calcium on it. I searched online for an affordable emergency plumber in Kapolei where I live and was lucky to find Hawaii Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad. After reading some of their reviews I called and booked the two services I needed and from the first call to finished job was unbelievable. These guys are so friendly and professional and the quality of workman is absolutely amazing. They explained everything to me and even let me watch over their shoulders while working while the entire time explaining what they were doing and why. It was like getting a free plumbing class 😂. I can’t thank Dave and Jeremiah enough for the amazing service. The owner Jack even called that evening after the work was done to ensure I was 100% happy with the work I received and even asked if there were any critique's or tips that could’ve made the service better for me so that they could implement it for other customers in the future. This blew me away. I’ve never EVER had a company call me after getting work done to thank me and to also ask for critiques to better their service. This just shows how much the owner Jack cares about the business and the Hawaii community, wanting to make their services better everyday. Everyone in Hawaii, if you need a reliable affordable emergency plumber in Kapolei or Oahu island period, do not hesitate to call and use this company. I promise it will be the best decision you ever make. I have to give a huge Mahalo to Hawaii Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad and my plumbers Dave & Jack! I was dreading having to call a plumber from all the horror stories you hear and how inflated/over charging a lot of the companies in Hawaii are doing, we won’t mention any names but we all know who they are. I was looking online for an affordable, reliable and experienced plumber to handle my water heater issue out at my Kapolei home. I found Hawaii Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad and gave them a call and all I can say is thank god I called them. From the very first call to the completion of my solar water heater replacement was a breeze. These guys were beyond professional, friendly and treated me, my family and home like we were family and it was their home, putting in shoe covers every time they needed to go into the house even after being told multiple times not to worry about it they still put them on. To placing a mat at the door upon arriving and going over the system performing a free diagnostics to letting us know what they found and the giving me pricing was just an easy, smooth process. They didn’t try to upsell me anything and even said they could reuse some things to save me money. I choose not to reuse anything though and get everything so everything was all new, but the fact they didn’t just push me saying oh we have to replace everything was a breath of fresh air and let me know these guys truly care and aren’t out to just make a buck off of me or take me to the cleaners. After they installed my new solar water heater they walked me through everything and showed how the system worked and explained to me how to perform maintenance on it. I found out though they have very affordable maintenance packages for water heaters and choose to purchase on of their packages and I’d highly recommend everyone to do the same even if they didn’t install you heater for you. So again thank you so much Hawaii Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad so your hard work and installing my awesome new solar water heater. Everyone in a Kapolei or on Oahu period support these guys and call them I promise you will not be disappointed.

We had them install a garbage disposal back in 2020, and when it was on the fritz I texted Jack about it and having them come out to replace it. Instead of just immediately taking the job, Jack did give me a couple pointers on how to maybe fix the fault myself and it worked, saving me the cost of them just coming out to do the same thing! They are genuine in their wish to help you out, and when you do need help, they are responsive and available. Definitely recommend them!
