I scheduled a quote and repair back in Sept/Oct 2025, apologies to Mike as I’m late in getting this review out for his professional services when it came to fixing our kitchen sink. He came to our house and gave a competitive quote, was very friendly, and gave us some great advice. When it came to making the scheduled repair, he came back over and walked me through what he was doing, finished in a timely manner, and cleaned up everything before leaving. He was clearly an experienced pro and even went above and beyond by teaching me some great tips. Hard to find that level of business professionalism, experience level, and customer service these days. It’s been a few months since the rebuild and we’ve had zero leaks/no issues. I couldn’t recommend this company more, they were also very friendly over the phone when scheduling. I look forward to working with them again in the future for our issues. Thanks again to Mike V!!

I am not one to write bad reviews but, the more I processed things it just seems like I have to write something. A few months ago I had an issue with my mini split system. I had Paul the Plumber come out and check things out. They ended up telling me they thought it was the line sets but, would need to do a leak test on all my head units as well to confirm. I have 6 head units. So I scheduled to get the leak test done, they charged me almost $900 for this and after came back telling me that almost all my head units were leaking as well. So, I was left applaud that a system, not even 4 years old was this bad. The brand is LG. Also the units would all be under warranty for repair if it was the case. After they told me this , they told me they would sent a project manager over to my house with options and he basically told me that LG was not good and they don't work on this brand. He also gave me 3 options to replace line sets, replace one compressor 2 heads and lines or the whole system. Price ranging from I believe 18k to almost 40k and was recommended to basically change the entire system so that this would never happen again. My stomach dropped and I didn't know what to think at the time. This was a not even 4 year old.system and I've heard nothing but good things on LG. I told them I would have to think on this and get back to them. After calming down a bit I decided to reach out to the distributor to whom I bought all the equipment off of. They have been selling LG for a long time and haven't had any issues. The sales person told me he agreed that the line sets could be bad because the distributor PDM had a bad batch of copper lines the year I purchased them. He recommended I reach out to a different company, LG certified and also perform a leak test. I was afraid to ask because I didn't want to pay another $900 for this but, I reached out. They told me it would cost $170 for the leak test to my surprise. A muchore reasonable price. They also told me after they performed the test that no head unit was leaking but, agreed with the line sets. So needless to say I had the other company come out and do the work at a much more reasonable price, warranty to back it and everything working fine again.

Being a club member of Paul the Plumber ensures same day service. What is truly amazing is the quality of the service. No games they stand behind their work. I was fortunate to have two young plumbers come today in the freezing weather for a frozen drain. They crawled in under my home and never gave up until they had found and repaired the problem. Courteous, good natured and hard working an unbeatable combination. They may not be the cheapest but they are the best. Exceptional service.
