I recently moved into a my home that had not had the AC unit running for a number of years so I called Heritage to come see if it was fixable. Jake and Austin(?) came out the other day and were fabulous! They were such nice guys who gave me so much valuable info about how to properly maintain my hvac unit. They were able to fix the ac, but also gave me valuable information based on the age of the AC unit. They did not in any way pressure me to replace the unit, but gave me all the information I needed to make an educated decision to replace it. In the long run I know this decision will save me future headaches. Not only were these guys professional and informative, they were just cool people. They were both very respectful of the fact that I had a couple of cats who might try to make a run for it out the door. They ensured that that didn’t happen and were very sweet to the cats. Hands down I would recommend Heritage to anyone considering their services.

We’ve been signed up with Heritage for about a year now, and couldn’t be happier with the decision. Whether it was the entire home duct cleaning or the annual service of AC and Furnace, the service has really been exceptional. Tim Lemire was just here this week wiring up some new WiFi thermostats. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to ensure we understood all the ins and outs of the system…a true professional and all around great guy.

Jimmy is awesome!! He came in and had everything running in no time for me. He's very pleasant and made sure I was all set before he left. And Tucker was also very nice. Great company with great people. I would definitely recommend Heritage Home Service!!
