Paradise Plumbing Pros

I received an inspection and estimate for sewer repair and/or service. It was done in a timely and efficient manner. I am still comparing the quoted cost with other providers and considering all repair options. Some of which are not offered by Paradise Plumbing.

First and foremost, the technician Jon was extremely helpful, answered questions, showed me anything I asked to see. This particular clog was due to a Vape Pen (large) getting past the toilet and into the sewer line. Jon took the time to literally work the pen out of the house plumbing and not just short cut the process by clearing it and leaving it in the house line where it could have been possible to have further problems later. I will always complain about prices as I've been a property mgr for 20 years and EVERYTHING has become crazy expensive. This is a good company.

Professional and quick service! Jon made it out within a few hours of my call, quickly cleared the main line and showed me the roots growing up into the pipe. Highly recommended!

Came out cut half the wall out didnt fix it or the problem. They said the shower door being broken cause the next room over to floor which makes no sense. We are still having the same issue new door

Had a tech replace my outside faucet 13 months ago. Today I go outside and it's leaking (where the pipe was glued). I call them to repair and they want to charge since it's outside of one year. No thanks- I'll call a real professional plumber.

I contacted this company because my regular plumber was booked. What a mistake this was. When I contacted their office I told them my dishwasher had water puddled at the bottom of it. Jon, their plumber tech, came and told me the diagnosis would be $65 but that would not be charged if I continued with them to have the repairs done. After about 5-10 min diagnosis, Jon said he could repair the problem for $365. i thought it was exorbitant to unclog a dishwasher pipe but okayed the repair to be done since he was already there and diagnosed the problem. Jon proceeded for another 20 min running the dishwasher a couple of times and told me it was fixed. I paid him the $365. That evening I ran the dishwasher and the same puddling appeared. I called the office and after a couple of appt changes Jon came and I told him the problem again. Jon said it was fixed. I showed him that it could not have been fixed if the water continued to puddle at the bottom of the dishwasher and that was the reason I called for the service. Jon proceeded to check the pipe and the dishwasher hose, running the water and the dishwasher and said it was fixed. I made sure to check this time before Jon left and sure enough the water was puddled at the bottom. I said how can you claim to have fixed the problem when the problem is still there? Then Jon said if it's puddling still it's an appliance issue and not a plumbing issue and I have to contact an appliance guy. If Jon is a professional plumber with experience he should have told me after the diagnosis that it was an appliance issue instead of saying it he can and did fix it, charge $365, and then say in the end I have to call an appliance guy. So, I contacted management and they told me Jon said he unclogged the disposal pipe that had grease in it. The disposal did not have a problem. It's a couple of years old And there was not a clog in it. The sink side of the disposal was not clogged. In any event, management never called me back but instead had a rep text me that Jon fixed the disposal pipe, which did not need fixing or unclogging and would not refund the $300! I think it's fair for me to pay the $65 diagnosis fee but not the $300 the tech fraudulently charged. I do not recommend this business based on my experience and plan to dispute the credit charge. I will escalate to small claims court if I have to. Too often contractors rip people off by not completing jobs they promised they would; unfortunately this is one of them.

First of all, MDSP was great in almost every way, except one very critical piece, their pricing model. The MANY GREAT THINGS about MDSP: 1) They answered the phone at 7:00 AM! Wow! Who does that? 2) The technician could come out within a few hours, so impressive! 3) They communicated clearly about arrival times and, when it turned out that they could come 15 minutes earlier (welcome), they called to see if it was ok. 4) Jon was professional, kind and thorough! He did everything that he said he would do in a timely manner! The ONE NOT GOOD (BUT VERY IMPORTANT) THING about My Drain Service Pro: When on the phone scheduling, I asked the very nice woman about ballpark costs for their services. The only info that she could give me was that it cost $65 fee for the house call totally reasonable), and that if services were rendered, the $65 would go toward the bill (also totally reasonable). I respectfully pushed to understand any measure of cost, for example... What would the price range be to run a camera through the sewer from the house to the street (maybe a base price for the first 50 feet, no extra work)? Or, is there a ballpark hourly rate? She was clear that only the technician could estimate the cost. That mostly made sense to me so I rolled with it, trusting that they had 4.9 stars for a reason. When Jon arrived, he took care of everything we needed in less than one hour and 15 minutes. He helped my husband find our "clean out", ran the camera thru the sewer line from the house to the street (all clear), and he checked the plumbing for our two toilets (ran a snake thru - also all clear). Once the work was done, my husband was shocked that the bill was $395! That's $316/per hour! If I'd had any idea that it could be that much, I would have shopped around more. Maybe that is the going rate (for sometimes nasty work), but I wouldn't think so. The 4.9 star rating led me to trust this business. If you're looking for a drain company, I would highly recommend that you shop around and get a price up front before authorizing any work. Live and learn. I'm sad to say this, as they were really awesome people. Thank you for your help MDSP. I really wish that I could have given you five stars!

I very highly recommend Todd A.'s and Jon N.'s Paradise Plumbing Pros company! For months I had an unexplained water outflow from an exterior landscape drainpipe, and no one could pinpoint the cause until I called Paradise Plumbing Pros and was able to make an appointment with Todd for Jon to come out to my house that same day. Jon showed up right on time, listened carefully, and got straight to work with a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. What impressed me most was his persistence and expertise. This wasn’t an obvious problem - landscape and swimming pool contractors and service providers couldn't find the cause of it - but Jon methodically traced the issue, explained what he was seeing, and didn’t stop until he found the source. Once he did, Jon quickly, cleanly, and with total confidence repaired the malfunctioning water auto-refill valve in the underground basin for a landscape fountain I have in my backyard that was the problem. The difference is night and day. Not only has the water outflow dried up, but I also feel reassured knowing the problem was solved thoroughly and correctly. If you need a plumbing and drain service company that combines skill, honesty, and real problem-solving ability, look no further. Paradise Plumbing Pros delivers!

I could not ask for better service (just when I thought it was a thing of the past). Jon kept me posted while waiting for parts, answered texts immediately, communicated everything so that I understood exactly what the job entailed & the cost. Aside from all that being perfect, he had a great permanent fix (which should have been done at installation in the 1st place.) Others bidding offered fixes that may or may not last. The best part was that he did a beautiful job! The sink & granite surround look brand new and are obviously not going to separate again now that the work was done correctly. I could not be happier. Paradise & Jon will be my go to for plumbing from now on.

I had an outstanding experience with Jon from Paradise Plumbing. He replaced the tank lever set for my toilets, repaired the sink lift rod, and fixed couple leak from my bathroom sink handle. Jon was not only highly professional, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, making the entire process a pleasure. He explained everything clearly and ensured excellent cleanup after the job. His customer service was top-notch, with great follow-up, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. I highly recommend Jon and Paradise Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

We had some leaking in the kitchen sink. They responded to inquiries quickly and were able to come out the same day. They diagnosed the problem, told us about the repair, and gave us an estimate, which we agreed to. After they left, there was still a very small drip from one of the pipes. They came back the very next day and diagnosed the problem, replaced the parts that were an issue, and did not charge us, thanks to the work guarantee. It was fairly priced, in my opinion. I got quality service, and I don't think I am looking for the cheapest.

I called about possible leaking toliet and was able to get same day service. When he arrived i casually mentioned another issue with sink in bathroom that i believe was broken by trying to fix myself. There was no pressure, additionally another issue was pointed out that is now on my to do list. The toliet needed a new wax seal and the sink was also repaired. He didnt mind my adult Down Syndrome son watching and was pleasant with him. Im sure you all can feel The relief i felt when job was completed without breaking the bank. 5/5 stars. Cindy

I called them to come look at my sewer piping since I've been having slow draining inside and noticed the sewer cap had popped off outside the house. Jon came out on short notice and walked me through everything that was going on. He fixed the clog, was transparent with pricing which was more than fair, was personable and polite and helped me figure out what was causing the problem downstream. Will be recommending this business and Jon to anybody who needs plumbing work and wants good work for an honest price from a true professional.

I had a problem with toilet overflowing as well as plumbing/drainage problems in my older home. Jon, from My Drain Service Pro, was very knowledgeable and took the time to inspect the plumbing & drain system, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. He also offered various solutions to a complex plumbing issue. He was professional, thorough, and did a fantastic job. Cost of drain camera inspection & toilet replacement was very reasonable. I will use Jon again & recommend him to others.

We were visiting my daughter's home while she was away and of course that's when things happen. The kitchen sink backed up. When the handyman finally arrived, he didn't have a long enough snake to unclog it although he tried for quite awhile. I called My Drain Service Pro at 3pm and Jon here within half an hour with an electric snake which cleared the line. I still had enough time to cook dinner...maybe that means they were too efficient? Will always call them in the future.
