Andrew G came out to do a backflow test on our sprinkler system. He was puctional, professional and personable. He explain the test results and next steps. He did a great job. I would definitely use this company again.

Paradigm Plumbing came through for a weekend bathroom leak that threatened to ruin my week. Setting up an appointment was quick and easy, and text confirmations showed the plumber's photo and anticipated arrival time. Sam, our serviceman, respectfully popped boot covers on to spare the floors. He diagnosed the suspected issue for the leak and confirmed it wasn't the toilet, then provided two possible culprits. He took care of the caulking after triaging the situation. Throughout, he was openly communicative, respectful, and very friendly. He allayed my anxiety about a possibly pricy repair or cutting open the wall. The prices were very fair ($69 for a callout) and the time to arrival can't be beat. Sam's a kind professional who showed great care for his work and making sure I understood my options. We'll definitely make use of Paradigm Plumbing in the future.

Jessie and Mike did a great job! Our job got scheduled the same day, so they had to work extra hours at the end of their day to complete it, which we greatly appreciated. They finished quickly and were very professional and knowledgeable. Jessie had no problem answering all of my questions about why our old water heater failed. Would recommend!
