Billy did a great job installing a home filter. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful; he found ways to optimize my water pressure and provided great suggestions and options for me. Where can I start, the initial call setting up the appointment was seamless and flexible. They worked with my hectic schedule and came out as soon as available. The plumbers Billy and Kevin were awesome! Very informative, courteous and professional! They should give a class on professionalism. They also respected my home by being clean and tidy. They answered questions and gave their professional opinion about other minor issues related to plumbing. Brandy, the technician I spoke to on the phone was extremely courteous and accommodating. She was able to help me pick the best option for my plumbing issue and price range. The entire team was patient with my questions and extremely knowledgeable. I love working with Palette! This organization always over performs and provides a great service. I worked with Armand Leone for this particular project and he was amazing. He got there on time and solved all the requests and went above and beyond to solve other challenges around the house as well. He fixed a clogged drain, a leak at the water supply at the street, replaced the water hose line and spiket, and then executed additional findings along the way. He was true professional with experience and used the appropriate petite rooms to keep my home clean while working. I love working with this organization and plan to use them for a future project (addition) as well.

I was able to make an appointment easily using their awesome online system for a leak issue. They provided a timeframe, and I got a call 10 min out letting me know what time they’d be arriving. I had a chance to work with Gabriel, who was knowledgeable, very kind, educated me on several things, and provided very clear explanations. Then, he presented a couple of options with pricing, I chose one, and I was able to get the service same day. All in, it was 3 hours and I was able to pay with card once everything was complete. They also offered a 90 day warranty. Great experience! Recommend!

I worked with Billy and his manager Jackie on a few calls where I needed work done in my condo unit. Billy is personable, explains things easily, and if the root cause of the issue isn't within the purview of a plumber, he and Peach are not going to find some made up reason to charge you, not even for coming out in the first place. I've had ruthlessly efficient service and when I did need work done, the cost made me smile more than it hurt my wallet because I knew I was getting a great deal. Absolutely recommended him and the team that supports him. A+!

Gabriel showed up on time and had a very kind spirit. We have an older home that we just purchased so there were a lot of issues surrounding the pipes of older homes of which we were not aware. Gabriel took a look at our problem pipes and gave us multiple options to fix that depended on our available time and appetite for updating. It is clear that Gabriel really knows this craft as he took the time to explain it in terms that I completely understood. Palette Plumbing, and specifically Gabriel, will be our go to going forward.

Raheem was one of the best technicians I have ever worked with. Our tub started leaking through the ceiling and the first company we tried somehow made it worse? I’m glad we had Raheem come in afterwards. He always let me know he was on his way, usually on time or early. He was clear communicating about what he was doing and even when we ran into parts issues, made sure the situation was fixed quickly and did a fantastic job on our tub fix and reinstall. We will definitely use this team again if we have any plumbing issues!

We have been dealing with a slow draining sink in the kitchen for years. We've had several plumbers come out and no one has been able to resolve the issue until Raheem Roach from Peach Plumbing finally resolved the issue and finally figured out what was the cause. Turns out it was a defective air inlet valve that no other plumber had discovered or thought about checking into. Our kitchen sink is running well now for the first time in a year. We will recommend Raheem from Peach Plumbing from now on.

Sept 2025-I’ve used Peach/Palette Plumbing multiple times for several different properties and they have always left me impressed. Past couple of times I’ve had TJ as my technician and he’s a 10.4 out of 10. Billy from my first post is still stellar and a close second with a 10.1 out of 10. July 2024- I called and was able to get same day service. Not all heroes wear capes. Some are named Billy, who is a master of his craft with a sweet Morgan Wallen cut.

Highly recommend Jay Jay and Palette Plumbing! They re-plumbed my entire house, and although there were some hiccups along the way (as happens with older houses), i always felt like i could rely on Jay Jay to make sure everything was done right and come back to make sure any issues were fixed. In a day where many contractors either quit on the job or skip town right after, it is comforting to know i could rely on Palette Plumbing here!

We had a leak in our main line that needed prompt repair. We scheduled an appointment, Jackie called us to determine the scope of the work, and Billy did an excellent job of explaining the fix. The next day Billy and his team diligently worked to get our water back on. We received another quote from a competitor and I was impressed with the thoroughness, approach, and competitive price Peach offered, leading me to chose them.

Thank you to Jackie and Billy for great service over the past two weeks! Jackie was extremely personable and responsive when it came to scheduling and providing updates and cost options for two separate unrelated plumbing issues. Billy was professional and efficient when relocating a gas line for a new stove and installing a new water heater. Happy to say they made the company by go to plumber moving forward.
