Neighbors told me I had a water leak, I called One Call Plumbing. Very professional and serving from the first moments. Response time was within 3 hours from first call. Jesse was awesome, he didn't waste no time repairing the water leak. He also updated the water lines and explained his work to us. He was done with leak in less than an hour. Price was very fair for the service that was provided. High recommended

We had a plumbing emergency after hours and had toilet spewing all over our bathroom. We had to turn our water off outside. One Call Plumbing answered my call and Jesse arrived and repaired our toilet within an hour. He was very pleasant and efficient! We are thankful to have a plumber on call!

We've been using One Call Plumbing for years and can't say enough nice things about them! They are consistently friendly and prompt, and their work has always been thorough and well done. Their rates are reasonable and always explained in advance. Today's visit from Ethan (and initial call with David) was no exception. Thankful for them and highly recommend!

When we bought our house last year, we had made the mistake of not having a septic inspection done first. We ended up walking into a mess—quite literally—in our back yard. I called One Call and they sent out Chris the very same day. Six months later, we still weren't having any issues after his initial work, but we wanted to follow up on some preventative maintenance he suggested to us before. Setting up the appointment was so simple. Chris (And Robert this time, both of whom are lovely people) showed up when they were scheduled to, got started on the job straight away, and kept me informed of everything at each step in the process. One thing I have to point out, as a woman: not once have I ever felt like I was being talked "at." I think every woman out there knows what I mean. Everyone at One Call, especially Chris and Robert, have treated me with nothing but respect. They are friendly and prompt. They definitely know what they are talking about and they are amazingly communicative. I do not foresee ever calling upon anyone else. These guys have convinced me that while plumbing problems are sometimes a little pricey--One Call, however, is *very* reasonable in their prices and you will know everything upfront--and while septic problems are almost always inconvenient, they don't have to be insurmountable and there are people out there who can greatly reduce the frustration associated with them. One thing I truly appreciate is how Chris talked to us about the importance of system maintenance so we didn't end up in an emergency situation, and that is why when we had him back it wasn't in an emergency situation, and now we're even less likely to end up in one of those. I am not someone who trusts easily, but I trust One Call, and I trust Chris and now Robert as well. Not only do I trust them with my home, but I'd trust them with my mom's and grandmother's homes too if they lived in the area. I feel confident in recommending them to everyone. Thank you One Call, Chris, and Robert, for the professionalism and attention to detail and the care you've shown our home. It is absolutely appreciated! Don't bother calling anyone else. I know I won't.

I can't say enough good things about Nick Jennings. I noticed my laundry room wall was wet and called One Call. Nick was there in 45 minutes. Figured out the problem right away. Pipe inside the wall connected to water heater was leaking. He told me exactly what the problem was, what needed to be done to fix it, and provided a quote right away. He then immediately got to work fixing the problem and stayed late to finish the job. He cleaned up the area once he finished (part of the wall had to be removed to get to the pipe) and he took away all the mess. I can't believe how quickly he got here and that he stayed late to get the job done. He came back when the mitigation people were here and moved the water heater so that I could have both hot and cold water. Wasn't looking forward to several weeks of cold water only. He wanted to make sure I also had hot water---and he did this without charging a fee!!! What a great guy. He was very professional, knowledgeable, also very personable. Nick goes above and beyond.

We hired One Call Plumbing to do the new plumbing needed for our new dog grooming business in Spartanburg. We were impressed by Levi's expertise, in general, but also his knowledge of what we would need specific to the type of business we have. Levi and Steven completed the job and we couldn't be more pleased. Although there are multiple people working in the office (Brittany, Makenzie, Emily), everyone that answered the phone was able to answer any and all questions we had at any given time as they were all very familiar with us which demonstrates the superior level of communication within their office and their dedication to the best customer service possible. I never had to remind them of the details of the project as they were always on top of it all and made us feel like their top priority. Their overall professionalism is top notch and is rare to find these days. We will be calling upon them for all of our plumbing needs - both residential and commercial!

Our toilets and tubs suddenly started simultaneously not draining well late one night. Early the next morning we called around and it was clear that One Call Plumbing was the choice plumber. We were faced with having to have a Main Water Line Blockage fixed, and they made it painless, and even offered financing as an option. They were professional, kind, as accommodating as possible, and they were able to get someone out within just an hour or two of us calling. In addition, in comparison to some plumbing companies, they were affordable, and even took into account one of us being a Veteran, and gave a military discount. Our technician was one of the best dispatched techs I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. In a world so focused on instant gratification, and in business to just make a buck, this company did not disappoint. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend. I am extremely grateful for 1 call and the services they offer. Kevin most specifically is a stand up guy. I appreciate Kevin always being so honest and prompt. I have had to take off work almost an entire month in the last 3 months while trying to get my home fixed and Kevin is literally the only one I didn’t waste time with. He’s quick to get to the point and doesn’t beat around the bush which I highly appreciate. As someone who works in the construction field, Kevin is absolutely the most professional in his field that I have ever met. If only everyone were as honest and professional as this gentleman, the entire world would be a better place. Thanks for saving my butt on this house kev! They are completely redoing everything to my expectations but only because of your guidance. Stand up fella I tell ya!

Kevin and Jeb did a fantastic job at clearing my blocked main sewer line. They were also a hoot to talk with. They took their time and made sure the job was done correctly. After jetting my line, they ran a camera through to check the work to identify any issues. They were able to spot several root balls and diligently worked the jetter to remove problematic roots. All for one fairly priced package. I had, unfortunately for me, hired another plumbing company prior to this one, and not only were they unsuccessful at removing my blockage, they wanted to charge an extra $400 for camera work. Kevin and Jeb could have easily done a lesser job that worked but went above and beyond and did a job that they knew would continue to work. I highly recommend One Call Plumbing.

I needed my washer and utility sink moved from one location in my house to another location in my house. I call One Call Plumbing and the technician that come out was Ryan. He had a very professional and courteous attitude and had a very high level of expertise about what he was doing. He was very attentive about my concerns as the homeowner also. He finished much sooner than I anticipated and the job looks great and I have had no problems. I also had a 1000 gallon lift station pump replacement and associated plumbing back in May of this year. The technician name was Steven and he displayed the same level of professionalism and expertise as Ryan. I would recommend One Call Plumbing to anyone.

Having a plumbing issue where both toilets don't flush and water is leaking out of the bottom of them and your home is only two years old you can feel pretty dog gone frustrated. But Wallace with One Call arrived and immediately went into action and he took the time to be very thorough and explain the repair. He even gave me the opportunity to see my plumbing system through the eye of a camera, very cool !! Needless to say I was very pleased with the end result. Hopefully I won't have plumbing needs for a very long time but if ever you do - I'd definitely call One Call. Thank you Wallace for being great at your JOB !!!

I can't say enough great things about one call plumbing. From the ladies in the office to my plumber Nick. We had a real problem under the house and called. The dispatch was super nice and had us set up for the next available technician. We got a 30 minute call ahead and Nick showed up and immediately knew what to do. He needed material and called his shop and had it brought out to him by a nice young man named Ethan. Within a few hours we were as good as new. Nick also had a pump company come out to get the mess from under the house!! Great experience and will never use another plumbing company

Needed to have someone come out to mark all my septic lines as I am preparing to build a fence on my property.- one call sent a technician named JP out here and he showed me the whole process of locating my septic tank and all the lines, which was very interesting. JP was very professional and bc extremely knowledgeable of how this stuff works. If anyone were to ask me for a recommendation for a plumbing company I would tell them to call one call plumbing and ask for JP! We had a plumbing emergency this morning and tried for 2 hours to reach our regular plumber. Never got a call-back from them. Found ONE CALL PLUMBING on Google, called them, and Matt surprisingly got a noon to 2 pm service call scheduled for me. Justin arrived and quickly solved our problem, and also gave us some good advice about what to do if the situation arises again. We plan to call them for any and all future plumbing needs. I could tell that they are really focused on the customer, and I am really glad that I found this group. Thanks again to Matt and Justin!
