On Call Plumbing and HVAC

Turned on the outdoor faucet first time in the season, and frost-cracked basement pipe leaked with water about 1" on sections of floor. Called and On Call Plumbing responded quickly, fixed the broken pipe, added a useful shut-off valve, all done professionally and at reasonable cost. Thank you!

Last month, the heat went out in my house During the night, I always use your company because I always get prompt and reliable service. Anyway, a lot of people had their heat go out that night so, since I was able to get my furnace started (miraculously) and then ordered the part on line I could wait for service. I spoke with Larry and he told me to call him if the heat went off again or when the part came in so that he could tend to other people who didn't have heat. As expected, my heat went out again, and I could not get it going so- Larry (We usually works in the office) showed up and he gave me a used part to use until my part came in. Then another gentleman came by to install the new inducer motor and a gasket. It is such a pleasure to work with a company that really gives care about people over money! You have under your employ, so many beautiful souls. Thank you for that.!

Wow! Scott and Tom did an amazing job under less than optimal conditions. To say the workspace was tight would be an understatement. Scott saved me not having to remove kitchen cabinets to perform the repair needed, which in turn saved me money. Kudos to both Scott and Tom for their professionalism. Not that i lol forward to needing more work done, but if I do, I know who I'm calling. Hopefully, when that day comes, Scott and Tom will be sent again. Totally trust them. I can't speak to cost, since I am filling this out before the bill arrives, but they were here for 4 hours. Figuring the going plumbing rate and materials, I think it will be well worth it. I have my shower back after months without it and that's a win in everyone's book.

On Call does a fabulous job. They are local and responsive and do honest work. This year alone!they efficiently replaced two water heaters for me, replaced a spilt system, serviced my 3 furnances. I appreciate all the team members from those that answer the phones and the skilled workers that service, repair and install the equipment.
