Jay came out the same day to get me back up and running after National Grid cut off my gas due to an emergency. He made time for me despite having a full schedule—what incredible service! Boyce & Drake are professional, reasonable, and provide high-quality work.

We were unhappy with service from a large company in the area and received Boyce and Drake's name from our neighbor. Scheduling was quick and easy and they accommodated our schedule. Brian came to our house and offered a quicker and less invasive fix to our AC unit than the large company was trying to sell us (at a much lower rate). We would recommend this company to anyone and will call again if we need anything else.

The Boyce and Drake team came recommended to me from my coworkers. Based off that I hired them to install a new gas line for a new range. The technician who came to the house was extremely helpful and professional. The quality of work was outstanding. Two days later I smelled propane in the basement and called the B&D team back to check their work. They promptly came to the house at 9:30 at night, checked all the fittings, explained the smell which ended up being normal and put my worries to rest. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend!

I had a horrible experience with Boyce and Drake. I had an appt on a Wednesday at 12:00- They called the day before to see if I was available in ten minutes...I was at work -so unfortunately I wasn't available- I confirmed that I was to keep my original appt of Wed sometime after 12:00 and Crystal said yes...That morning they called but again I was at work and had already scheduled to take off work at 12:00...not before....I came home and waited until 2:00 and then called several times to see when they would be at my home. They said we can't make it today!!!! This is very frustrating to anyone who works outside of the home and has to coordinate with them for an appt. They said if I was unhappy I can go find another plumber. WOW.

I absolutely DON'T recommend Boyce & Drake. We set up an appointment for them to re-install a toilet and install new bath fixtures a week prior to the appointment day as we had to co-ordinated with other service providers (carpenter, painter & electrian.) They were scheduled in a sequence with the others so the job would be done on time. Boyce & Drake cancelled at 4:14pm the day before. NOT COOL. Very unprofessional. I had to waste my time finding a replacement plumber and rescheduling all. Don't waste your time with them.
