Critical
“I had them come to a rental for a sewer line cleanout. The technician was great, but the service cost was very expensive. 3 days later I had another backup in basement. I called them back to redo the line and they charged me another 550$. I have 20 rentals in the area, and they won’t be doing another one.”
“Sump pump drain line repair. We have a 70 foot line connects sump drain to storm sewer at road. Roots and dirt had clogged and caused water to pool at side of house. Dave came the same afternoon. Snaked and ran a camera to clear half, but could not complete. Charged $500. Recommended jetting service which he was able to compete later than evening and charged another $1,300. So $1,800 for 6 hours of …”
Positive
“Highly recommend Northwest Drain Station for snaking and sink repair! Randy arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and finished snaking all within 1.5 hours. He even gave great tips for maintenance, which was very thoughtful.”
“I called with a concern and someone was scheduled to come out the next day. My drainage pipes from my house to the street were basically nonexistent. In two days they replaced all of the pipes from the house to the street. They left my yard in very nice condition after clean up. We have used this company several times and have always been very satisfied with their work.”
