2 concerns
Two reviews report failed first attempt requiring costly second service call: one customer charged $550 for initial cleanout, then another $550 for a redo 3 days later; another charged $500 for partial snake, then $1,300 for jetting same evening, Questionable sales tactics: reviewer noted technician repeatedly mentioned 'digging up the front yard' in ways that felt designed to justify high pricing rather than provide neutral options

Highly recommend Northwest Drain Station for snaking and sink repair! Randy arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and finished snaking all within 1.5 hours. He even gave great tips for maintenance, which was very thoughtful.
I called with a concern and someone was scheduled to come out the next day. My drainage pipes from my house to the street were basically nonexistent. In two days they replaced all of the pipes from the house to the street. They left my yard in very nice condition after clean up. We have used this company several times and have always been very satisfied with their work.
Great experience today. Called Northwest and spoke with John. Within the hour Dalton arrived at my house and quickly went to work clearing our main sewer line. Very clean, professional and prompt. Highly recommend for drain clearing as well as repairs.
I had them come to a rental for a sewer line cleanout. The technician was great, but the service cost was very expensive. 3 days later I had another backup in basement. I called them back to redo the line and they charged me another 550$. I have 20 rentals in the area, and they won’t be doing another one.
Sump pump drain line repair. We have a 70 foot line connects sump drain to storm sewer at road. Roots and dirt had clogged and caused water to pool at side of house. Dave came the same afternoon. Snaked and ran a camera to clear half, but could not complete. Charged $500. Recommended jetting service which he was able to compete later than evening and charged another $1,300. So $1,800 for 6 hours of work and equipment. Kind of felt gouged by the experience. Kept mentioning "digging up the front yard", which seemed like a tactic for making $1800 sound reasonable. My fault for not getting competitive bids I guess.
