Paul showed up early and ready which was perfect. Diagnosed the problem right away and was open and honest about pricing. He got the work done quickly and was very professional. Will be having him come back later this year for additional work!

Paul did an excellent job repairing our kitchen faucet, outside water faucet, clearing a bath tub drain, and replacing 2 toilets. He arrived not only on time but a little early. Went right to work giving us an estimate. He finished the job quickly. He is efficient and knows his stuff. We would definitely recommend him to all of our neighbors. Thanks Paul

Paul Hojaboom of North Metro Plumbing came out on 9/29. I have a leaky toilet tank in the master bedroom. Paul didn't repair,wanted for $610 to replace entire toilet. He does give a 5% discount for Veterans. He's a Navy Veteran himself. I still have the leaky tank and must research and find another plumber to repair the flapper in the tank or repair and stop the periodic leak. I hate to waste water. G O'Neill

I needed a line replacement and a shut off regulator installed, along with a water pressure regulator, and Paul was able to make these repairs for me on the same day. Needed a Plumber to come in and look at my leaky shower head. I replaced the Valve Cartridge myself but 6 weeks later it started leaking again. I was given a referral from my neighbor to contact Paul at North Metro. I called him late morning of the 30th and he was able to get to our house first thing on the 31st. It turned out the valve inside the wall needed to be replaced. Paul took the time to explain and show me what he was seeing and why he felt the valve needed replacing. The job was done quickly, and I am happy to say my problem has been solved. The area was cleaned up and left exactly as it was before the repair. I highly recommend North Metro Plumbing should you be in need. This was my first experience with Paul, I feel confident in using him as my go to Plumber if I have a need in the future.

I was referred to Paul by a colleague and I’m incredibly glad I got Paul’s information. He walked me through each issue he spotted with my old house’s water heaters and how best to fix those. He provided several options at different price points and we talked about the pros and cons to each, which was helpful for me as a new home owner. I had a fantastic experience with Paul from Metro Plumbing! He was courteous, professional, and incredibly responsible throughout the entire job. He replaced our outside water faucet, installed a new ball valve, and even cleaned out the drain—all done efficiently and at a great price. What really stood out was how patient and kind he was, especially with my two very enthusiastic (okay, annoying!) barking dogs—who made sure to greet him loudly every time he came in. Paul didn’t mind at all, which says a lot about his character and attitude. Highly recommend Metro Plumbing and Paul specifically—great service, fair pricing, and a pleasure to work with. I woke up with a plumbing leak in a bathroom and I stumbled upon North Metro Plumbing. I called and Paul answered the phone. He was there within the hour. I immediately felt better when I talked to him. He is a Master Plumber. His prices were so much more reasonable that the big companies. I could hardly believe it. He worked very hard to fix my leak. I was so impressed that I asked him to fix a problem with a toilet and then replace by sprinkler shutoff value in the basement. The total cost of fixing all 3 problems was about 1/3 of what Plumbline or other big paces would charge. I will call him for any issues I have now. I cannot recommend him enough.

Paul was fantastic, we had water under our water heater out of nowhere but not an active leak. We determined that it would be a good idea to change the water heater out to be safe as it was old anyways. After install, Paul discovered that we had a backdraft from our duct above the water heater. We called out an HVAC person to find the issue. Thank goodness Paul found the issue because it was extremely dangerous and could have killed us!!! The HVAC person said most plumbers may not have discovered that, but Paul did. He also helped me light my pilot while he was on vacation!! Thank you Paul!!! Dare I say you are a lifesaver???

Paul was just amazing. We replaced all the galvanized plumbing at my mom's Northglenn home. Along with new shower replacements & upgrading toilets. Paul went over everything he was going to be working on and explain the piping that he would be using. I'm sure he had some challenges in working on a 64 four-year-old home. But everything came out above and beyond our expectation. Paul's politeness, work ethic and being a true professional in doing a great job that he is proud of the outcome really shows. The tech with North Metro Plumbing (I believe he was Paul) just left our house and he did a great job. We showed him the video of what we thought were pipes rattling badly and it was actually a valve that was going out causing a rattling noise that sounded like it was going to break thru the walls. He was prompt, courteous, and answered any questions my husband had. Thank you for the quick repair and service! They were recommended to us by a friend so I didn’t really call around but the price they charged us seemed to be fair and they didn’t gouge us. Definitely recommend them and I’ll be using them for any future repairs!

I had an excellent experience with North Metro Plumbing LLC. Paul, the plumber, was punctual (right on time!) and came fully prepared with all the necessary tools and replacement parts in his truck. He efficiently replaced the mixer cartridge in my shower and thoroughly tested it to ensure it was working perfectly. Not only was the service affordable, but Paul was also respectful, kind, and left the area clean after completing the job. I couldn't have asked for more from a service provider. I called Paul after I learned that our water pressure regulator was running too high. I know nothing about regulators, so Paul explained it to me simply and estimated what the fix may be. He came the same day, had the right parts, and was done in an hour. Now the water in my house seems smooth and steady. He was great to work with and serves Denver. The first place I was referred to doesn't serve people in the city, so I appreciated his quick response and availability. Plus, it's a veteran-owned business. We appreciated Paul and thank him for his time.

Paul was absolutely amazing. We had several odds and ends that needed to be addressed; leaking toilet, high water pressure, hard water and needing an expansion tank. His prices were astronomically better than big box plumber in the area and also better than another plumber we had come by. He was very knowledgeable at explaining are biggest concerns and things that could wait. He wasn't pushy at all. If you need someone that is going to be honest, do exceptional work and give you fair pricing, you should 100% call Paul.
