Nothing but great things to say! Had a huge issue with our plumbing throughout the whole house & these guys were on it. Not to mention we really appreciate the fact that these guys are 3rd generation & their quality of work shows.

The crew that came to my condo, to help with a stopped up toilet, was great. Friendly, professional and helpful. They managed to help with a few other plumbing related items in the other bathrooms as well (thanks!). The price I was quoted is what I paid. I would recommend Bill Nance Plumbing & Heating to anyone! Thanks for a fast and great job!

I am extremely pleased with the tankless hot water heater that Josh Nance installed for me. He did not try to oversell me on size, and his price came in below the other estimates received. The customer service I received was outstanding. I will be using Nance Plumbing any time a plumbing need arises in the future.

I have used Nance before and they have done great work but now there true colors have come forward. I called four weeks ago to have a meter installed on my sprinkler system, no one called or came by to give me an estimate. I called today and was laughed at when I asked what the problem was. I was told by Karl to find another plumber, they were to busy! With this kind of Karl attitude they won't be in business long. Do yourself a favor and call someone else, I did! I had Nance do some work for me in the past, ($2500) they installed a heater in my garage and did a great job. About 4 weeks ago I called to have a meter installed on my sprinkler system, he said he would be out to look at it. I called today to find out why no one ever came by or called, he laughed and said sorry about that. I asked him what was so funny and he said "well we have been busy" again I asked why is that funny, why is poor customer service funny? I asked him if I should find another plumber and he said yes! This is not the kind of company I want to do business with when they could care less about a existing customer needs and then think its funny? Since things have picked up in the trade world Nance seems to think they are to busy to help an existing customer that has spent several thousand dollars on plumbing work with their company. I guess installing water heaters is all they want to do now! Very unprofessional management in place, do yourself a favor and pick someone else to handle your plumbing needs, these guys could care less!! Rick Wilson former customer!

I recently had an issue with a persistent smell coming from somewhere in our basement. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't locate the source of the smell. That's when I decided to call Bill Nance Plumbing and Heating. Grayson from Bill Nance arrived promptly and performed a smoke test. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, he had the test running and identified the problem. It turned out to be a break in the main sewer vent pipe located in the upstairs bathroom, as well as a bad toilet seal. This was something I would have NEVER been able to find on my own. Grayson worked efficiently and professionally. In just 15 minutes, he had removed the toilet, made a few clean cuts into the drywall, and pinpointed the break. After a quick trip to Home Depot for parts, he had everything repaired and the toilet reinstalled in just 20 minutes. The cuts in the drywall were clean and easy to patch. I am thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Grayson and Bill Nance Plumbing and Heating. Their employees clearly take pride in their work and are well-treated, which reflects in the excellent service they provide. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Without question 5 Stars. I scheduled with these guys on a Monday and they were out the next afternoon even during inclement weather! They charge by the hour plus parts and so I was interested to see if they would take their time to run up the bill (I know untrusting skeptic). I had a fairly simple project - remove old kitchen sink and replace with a new one that I had purchased. Not only did these guys show up on time, they called to let me know they were on the way, were super professional, respectful of our home and got right to the task at hand and were polite and courteous but most of all fast AND did fantastic work. 90 mins start to finish and I couldn't have been happier. Believe me I love to go local and love it even more when the service and work product is top notch. I will certainly be using Nance Plumbing for all future plumbing projects that I can't handle on my own.

Am very satisfified customer. Water heater failed. Was in contact with them Monday morning and after sending them pics of old heater they quoted a (fair) price. They arrived exactly when they said they would on Tuesday for the installation. They were careful about the carpeted steps and finished spaces downstairs and cleaned up very thoroughly. Installation is much more complete then homebuilders was: heater is set in leak tray with drain directly into floor drain instead on just on floor, seperate surge tank instead of valve (that leaked), rearranged vents, etc. They were in and out in 2 hours. If I had another plumbing issue these guys would be my first and only call.

Josh came out and gave us an estimate to replace our water heater with the tank style, as well as a tankless style. His prices were very competitive, and we scheduled the installation of the traditional tank style. Nate was right on time the day of the appointment. He even called when they left their shop headed our way. He was very professional and they didn't waste any time. When done, he explained everything they had done along with advice on long-term care. I would highly recommend Bill Nance Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. In my opinion you won't be disappointed. It's hard to find companies like this anymore, that are honest, competitive and fair.

Best service ever. We recently purchased a house in east Brighton and discovered a pinhole leak was causing serious damage. After calling 3 different plumbing companies, 1) wouldn't fix 2) couldn't fix it, 3) quoted me a fix within 48 hours @ $650-$700 . Karl at Bill Nance Plumbing sent his technicians out and had it fixed in less than one hour, for less than $100. The best service I've ever had, for any kind of repair. This is great, old school service, where the customer is still the priority...and you don't get jerked around. A big thanks to Karl and the Bill Nance Plumbing tech's, for a job well done.

I was practically having panic attacks over a break in the water line to the sprinklers - water coming in the basement through the drywall!!! Well, Bill Nance Plumbing to the rescue!!! Made an appointment for me a few days out. No trip charge (another company wanted $68 just to come out - with none of that applied to repair). They called within the window specified and were on time for the appointment. Very professional and got the issue fixed in a very short amount of time. I was STUNNED at how reasonable the repair was. Very, very pleased with the whole experience.

I wish I could leave 10 stars for these amazing guys. I am very remiss in not having posted this referral before. We have used Nance plumbing for nearly 30 years. They have performed every plumbing service with incredible professionalism. They are responsive immediately when you call. They are honest about any work required assessment ever given and they are extremely reasonable price for the high quality of work delivered. Excellent company! I called on behalf of my 93-year-old mother who lives alone, and they treated her very well. Tech (Jacob) arrived on time as scheduled, was very courteous, professional and competent. He made several repairs as required and charged her a very fair price. (Previous plumber she called had indicated major repairs were needed and had quoted her an outrageous price. Fortunately, she decided to wait and get a second estimate.) I have used Nance Plumbing myself several times, and would recommend their company very highly.
