New Flow Plumbing

I called and spoke with Arman about a possible back up where my sewer line was close to the city sewer. Arman was extremely helpful and took his valuable time to walk me through the process of contacting the city of Sacramento as it was possible that this would be an issue handled by the city. He didn’t want me to needlessly spend my money for his company if the city was to handle the problem. Armon not only gave me the number for the city utilities district, but followed up to make sure that my problem was solved. Great company great service. I highly recommend.

Vito came by to give me an estimate, was very professional and friendly. The price was great and the job was done much faster and cheaper than I expected even on a holiday. I will definitely call them for my next plumbing job and would highly recommend them.

Vito and Arman were excellent! Came home Friday, from work, and found my main sewer flowing over. I already had a root issue a few years ago and received a rough estimate for long-term repairs from another company. I expected every estimate to be almost double at this point. Vito quickly explained options and went to work on an assessment. Vito gave me a thorough explanation of what he found and what he believes my best options for repairs were. I did have the other company scheduled, so I kept that appointment as another opinion and price idea. The other company only seemed to have their hand out (which I understand is part of business), but it didn't feel as comfortable as New Flow. Arman and Vito were great with communication, options, and pricing. I opted to have Vito come out for the full/ long-term repair, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I have the utmost confidence in recommending New Flow to anyone I can. Small company feel with very thorough work. Being in the construction field, I am always skeptical of having someone else work on my home. I'm glad I found New Flow! Thank you, Vito and Arman!

I live in a 4 plex. There was a leak coming from my shower, I thought. Vito came out. Very friendly, honest and helpful. He found the leak but also found it wasn't coming from my unit. Since he was here he replaced the fixtures for me. The pipes were old maybe original pipes from the 70s. Vito thought out ways to complete the job and save me money instead of fishing and up selling the job so he could make more money. This man is 💯 honest and a super good human being. I was blessed today with new flow and Vito. He went above and beyond to be helpful and honest. He went home and found parts that would work with my old pipes to save me alot of money. He even invited me in to show me exactly what he was doing and what he could do to save me some time and money. New flow is awesome and Vito is a blessing. Thank you for this grateful experience I had with you guys. Can't say enough good things about new flow and Vito. Call them instead of anyone else

I recently had a sewer line backup and break. I received an astronomical quote from my regular plumber to perform a pipe burst (trenchless), I went through Angi to get some bids from other plumbers. New Flow Plumbing came to the rescue. I dealt with Arman via text/email. Vito came over to inspect and explain to me what was required to fix. I was provided a quote that was half of what I was quoted from my regular guys….for the same work! Backed by a warranty, it was a no brained. I can’t express enough how diligent and professional these gentleman were. I have a rock scape and I could barely tell there was any disturbance. These guys did amazing work and finished it in a day. No high pressure sales or inflated pricing. I am beyond happy and would, without a doubt, recommend New Flow Plumbing to any homeowner or business owner.

I had a serious sewer clog today, and this company came through quickly and professionally. They first tried to clear the blockage using a snake from the outdoor sewer outlet, but when that didn’t reach far enough, they didn’t give up. Instead, they brought out a high-pressure hose with a compressor (hydro jetting, I believe) and successfully cleared the clog. The team was knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of my property. I really appreciated their persistence and the way they explained everything along the way. Highly recommend their services to anyone dealing with plumbing issues!

Wow—I’m so thankful for this company! This was my first time using New Flo Plumbing for a sewer inspection, and they exceeded expectations. I reached out last minute, and they had an inspector out within an hour. Their team was responsive, answered all my questions, and explained everything thoroughly. I have always loved New Flow Plumbing. I was given Art’s contact information years ago from a very trusted source, and they have been amazing! They are a very reliable company. Art is always quick to respond back to you, which is HUGE!!! (Especially when you are having water or plumbing issues.) New Flow has done some very difficult plumbing projects for me and they do “top notch” work. They put my mind at ease knowing the problem has been solved.

Absolutely amazing company overall! I was on a tight schedule, they were able to come out within an hour, promptly updated me on when the technician would be arriving and had text alerts for everything. Sue took my call and scheduled my appointment, she was kind, courteous, and helpful. Art was our technician and he was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. Highly recommend. Called Flow Plumbing and spoke to Vito. Explained my situation to him being without water for almost 5 days and how the plumber we called to do the repair flaked out on us. Vito said no problem and provided a quote and said he could do the repair. He got there in an hour and completed the repair with no issues. Vito and his brother are great to deal with and will use them again. I highly recommend this place.

Very satisfied with the work of Art and my initial contact with his brother, Arman. I needed a copper pipe repair and they were able to come out on a Sunday (same day) and completed the work without any problems. I would definitely recommend this company for plumbing related problems. I appreciated that Art took the time to explain what he was doing and answered any questions that I had.
