I can't say enough good things about New Flow Plumbing ! The same day I reached out, they came and did an exceptional job at a very fair price! It is very rare these days to find a company that is honest, professional, and kind. For now on if I ever have any plumbing issues I will definitely call them and you should too! I had an emergency with my kitchen faucet. Pipes were leaking everywhere and there was no water pressure. Arman was able to come out quickly, get the parts replaced, fix the water pressure issue and explain to me exactly what caused the leak. No issues since. Customer service was excellent all the way around. I'd recommend anyone in the area needing plumbing work to go with New Flow!

I had a clogged shower drain that had gotten worse over a few weeks. I called New Flow and within an hour Arman was at my door and solved the issue for me quickly and cleanly. Terrific service - thank you!

Do not use this plumber!!! He is incompetent. He came out two times to clear my toilet. He replaced a part, and claimed it was an original Kohler part, and the part was defective. The second time he came out he told me that there was nothing wrong with the part, and that he didn't know why it wasn't filling and flushing properly, or why it was making such a tremendous racket each time I flushed. Since my toilet still wouldn't properly flush after he claimed to have cleared it, he told me that I needed a new toilet which for the toilet that I have in my high end custom home, he said would cost +700 or more, plus installation. I knew that there was nothing wrong with my toilet. Anyone with half a brain could tell that there was a clog somewhere, so after trying to reach him several times to come back out, which each time he made an excuse and failed to follow-up, I asked a friend to look at it. My friend simply went to home depot, bought a new part to put in the tank, and cleared the clog using a standard tool that he rented from home depot. This guy is either totally incompetent or he is a crook. Either way, he refused to refund the $179 that I paid him for doing absolutely nothing to fix my problem.

Water heater purchase and install. Update: Gas leak after installation. Had to call them back to tighten it up. Strange how it wasn't tight enough to begin with before they left the job. Bottom line, no check for leaks before they left. This could have been serious! No matter what you say, this was a bad installation. Will not use your services again. Please do not contact me ever again. Thank you. Please read some other bad reviews...

I have read all previous reviews that are mostly positive but my experience with Heinz was far from being favorable. This explanation will be lengthy but read it entirely if considering working with Heinz or referring him to others. I purchased two high end Toto Toilets from a retail plumbing supply company in my community. I was given a list of independent installers. I chose HD plumbing as they are the only Toto Certified installer in the Sacramento area. I paid more than $4500 for he two toilets that have several electronic features that include auto flush, heated seats, and a panel of electronic buttons mounted on my bathroom wall. I paid Heinz $1000 for his workers to install the two toilets. I was promised by Heinz that his installers would give me a full demonstration of the mechanics, again promoting his Toto Certification as a selling point. His installers, Ian and Ford, installed the toilets on 1/13/26. I was given by Ford some very basic operating instructions. When I pressed Ford for more detailed details on the settings his response was "read the Toto manual". Not a reply that I expected. Within a few weeks the auto flush feature on one toilet was not working. I followed Ford's retort and read the manual to trouble shoot. I was referred by the retailer to contact Toto Customer Service. I was out of the state for two weeks so I initiated contact with Toto on 2/2/26. What followed was a series of calls over days and weeks, sending videos of the malfunctioning auto flush feature before the recommendation was to return the toilet seat. The seat was returned on 3/9/26 and was advised that a setting was off and was reset . I was advised by the retailer to contact Heinz to reinstall the seat. Getting on the schedule with Heinz was more than a week out. The relationship with Toto has become a profitable one for HD Plumbing as Heinz stated he had at least 10 Toto product service calls at that time were scheduled. An appointment was more than a week later for Friday, 3/20/26. I was given an install window time of 11-12 for that day. I called to confirm the scheduling window the day prior on 3/19/20. I mentioned to Heinz that my personal schedule for the day was set so that I would be home during his reinstall window of time. Heinz confirmed 11-12 and he would call when on his way. That morning I am involved in some charitable work and my plan was to be home by 10:00 AM and hour prior to the scheduled arrival of HD plumbing. Heinz called and left a message at 9:08 albeit 2 hours early. I called back within 20 minutes after receiving his voice message. I informed him that I was 20 minutes away, but had opened my garage door remotely, giving his access to my home for the work. When I arrived Heinz was not there. I called repeatedly until Heinz picked up my call and said he was on his way to his next job in Penryn. I was irritated and asked for an explanation for a two hour variance in arrival time. "People cancel and I move on to the next one". I said OK I accept your apology but when can I get back on your schedule? Heinz replied "oh I am not apologizing but just explaining the way it is. I will call when I have time time to get you on the schedule". Heinz did call back a few hours later offering an afternoon appointment that same Friday. I repeated that I had a full day planned around his 11-12 window and could not be home at his suggested time . Heinz replied that he would call me on Monday. When no call was received by 10:00, I called and identified myself to Heinz and asking for a rescheduled appointment time. After a seeming long pause on his end, I asked are you still there? Heinz replied " I am gonna pass on your job". I excitedly replied, I paid you $1,000 to install two toilets, one of which is not working and this is how I am being treated ? Heinz replied "I have a 30 day warranty on my work so I can't help you". Heinz expected to be paid again for a service call which I would have paid, yet is choosing to write me off. As consumers we have choices too. If you have read this entire review, ask yourself does Heinz seem trustworthy of your business? I admire anyone trying to make a buck but Toto will be told what kind of person is representing their brand in the field as he benefits from the obvious business HD Plumbing is receiving as the "Certified Toto Specialist" Heinz you may be a good person in life but your behavior with me is reprehensible on so many levels as a business person.

New Flow Plumbing responded quickly, and arrived promptly as scheduled. The technician, Jeff, listened to my explanation of the events, and even though I commented my expectation that the water heater would need to be replaced, he determined it might be serviceable. I had another appointment so had to leave while he worked on it. A short while later Jeff called and informed me he was able to fix the water heater, so it would not have to be replaced. What a surprise! Honestly, I provided New Flow an opportunity to stick me with a big repair bill for a new gas water heater and it's replacement. Jeff did the opposite. He chose to attempt, and succeeded, to make a much less costly repair. This level of integrity is uncommon today. I am grateful to have encountered this. When I commented to New Flow management about my satisfaction with Jeff, I was told it was normal routine behavior by Jeff, and the expectation for all their employees. To conclude this rant, I have to applaud New Flow Plumbing for prompt and honest service. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I don't think that I've ever written a bad review before and write this in the spirit of perhaps Heinz improving his customer service. Heinz from HD Plumbing helped us with plumbing work before, so I called him and set an appointment. Just before he was to arrive, he called and asked what my plumbing problem was again. After I told him, he informed me that he couldn't help me because his van was in the shop and it contained his plumbing products and supplies. We set another appointment, he was an hour late, did not call, and my husband and I had another engagement that we couldn't cancel. Heinz then informed me that when he gives a time for an appointment, it actually means that he could arrive an hour before or an hour after. OK, why not tell your customers that upfront. We set yet another appointment AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED to explain why he wasn't coming. To date we have never heard from him. His actions are selfish, rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend him.

We replaced a twenty year old water heater and wanted to use a local plumber. New Flow is in Roseville, and answered our call promptly sending their representative Vito the following day. He proceeded to discuss extensively the needs, available replacement water heaters as well as their warranties and pros and cons. He was forthcoming, honest , and we felt he was really professional in his presentation. Vito’s Installation was scheduled per our wishes, and today they arrived exactly as they said, installed in a remarkably professional manner, with post installation extensive discussion of use and if we had any further questions. This expierience was clearly an OUTSTANDING, SATISFYING, purchase and installation of a home appliance as we have encountered in our 45 years of owning our home. My wife and I can recommend NEW FLOW for any of your plumbing needs. Prompt, professional service by truly artisans of their profession.

We had a water pressure issue at our home in Tahoe Donner after turning the water back on for the season — one of the bathroom sinks had only a thin stream coming out. I reached out to Arman at New Flow Plumbing Roseville to schedule a diagnostic visit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Arman was incredibly polite and professional from the start. He asked thoughtful questions and requested a few visuals of the issue over the phone. Instead of rushing to schedule a visit, he patiently guided me through a few simple checks and possible solutions. To my surprise, his advice worked immediately — the sink’s water pressure was fully restored! Not only was the issue resolved quickly, but I also walked away with a bit of new DIY knowledge. I really appreciated Arman’s honesty, expertise, and willingness to help remotely. Highly recommend New Flow Plumbing for their excellent customer service and integrity!

My husband and I hired Heinz to replace old plumbing and add additional plumbing in our master bathroom for a remodel. Heinz was flexible because he had to do his work in increments as other contractors finished their portion of the project, this required Heinz to come back 3 times. First, he replaced existing plumbing added a 2nd shower head with its own control, moved our shower drain, moved some other pipe (I don't know the name) by the bathtub so the shower wall could be attached. Second, after the Kerrock shower walls were attached, he came back to install the tub drain. Finally, after the glass shower was installed he came back a 3rd time and installed the tub, and all the finishes. I love my bathroom! We could not be happier. Heinz is probably the most reliable contractor I've ever come in contact with. When he says he will be at your job at 8:00 AM, he will be there at 8:00 AM.

I had a unfortunate pipe leak in my foundation. I called NewFlow and Armond was very nice and patient over the phone. He referred me to a leak detector professional and found the leak. They had to cut open my floor and walls and jack hammer the concrete in the foundation and found the leaking pipe. Unfortunately doing so, another pipe was hit and damaged during the jack hammering, so they fixed that too. It was a nightmare, and a very expensive repair. But it was really hard work. Armond and his brother Art did a very professional job and was very patient and professional during the entire process. Kept the home as clean as possible. They are very experienced and do a professional job, and I highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues. After this experience, I think they can fix almost any plumbing issue. They are my go to for plumbing problems in the future for sure.

I was referred to HD because my regular plumber was not able to respond. My plumber said HD is the only plumber he would trust. He was right. My water heater went out and I figured it must be the thermocouple again. HD returned my call within a few minutes and simply asked for a photo of my water heater label in case he needed to order parts. After receiving the photo he put me on speakerphone and gave me instructions to start the pilot light. In just a few minutes the pilot light was on and the water heater was up and running. It has been a few days no with no problems. You just don't get service like this anywhere. So thankful for the time he spent explaining everything about my water heater and how to get it up and running again.

Excellent service! Heinz, owner/operator picks up the phone when it rings (with the exception of when he is in the middle of some work), returns messages quickly and he is very skilled at managing appointment times (that is to say, he calls ahead before an appointment). We had to reschedule and it worked well--a valve replacement was a non-emergency that could have easily turned into an emergency, IF this reviewer had made a mistake on some small repairs in the kitchen. HD Plumbing was recommended by a next-door neighbor and it turns out that Heinz knows the owners and former owners of several homes up and down this block. This reviewer believes that is about the best recommendation you could find. Good job, it is appreciated!

On Sunday, 8/17, I had a leaking spout in my tub and thought I could do a DIY. After trying to replace the cartridge, I ran into some issues, resulting in placing a call to New Flow Plumbing. I had previously used their services for a trenchless sewer replacement a few months ago and was so impressed with their professionalism that I called them again for this issue. Vito showed up earlier than promised (yay!) and found the root cause of my issues, far beyond my capabilities. In short, Vito knocked it out of the park, once again. His work is clean and picks up after his self. I am so happy with their work, I will continue recommending them to all of my friends. Very grateful to these folks!
