Once here, the technician quoted me $1,100 to replace the fill valve, flush valve, flapper, and the floor shut-off valve. This is absolutely predatory pricing. “We bought a fabulous HVAC system and have been more than pleased. Servicemen always polite and good work. We regret the maintenance plan. Had HVAC inspection in DEc.We agreed to the suggested duct cleaning. $800 plus. While thats being done, the guy comes out with a suggested UV light for the system.
