Daniel was excellent! Came in looked over what needed to be done,advised me of what he suggested, gave me a fair price and completed it in a very quick time. Grand Slam will always be my go to Plumbing first call!!!!

Dan came to replace my stripped and very old outdoor water faucet with a new Frost Free Hose Faucet, the day after I called. He was very quick to remove the old faucet and piping, followed by installing the new faucet and piping, while answering inquisitive questions. Over all, very efficient, patient with a questioning customer, and finally cleaned up after himself. We then tested the fitting to verify no leaks with running water. Dan concluded by giving me a few pointers to get the best out of my new faucet going forward. Thank you Dan! I definitely recommend, based on this job and plan to have back for another faucet, come spring of 2026.
Very pleasant dealing with Kyle getting everything set up, easy to communicate with. Technician spent the first 10 minutes complaining about the price of the job saying it was too cheap. I thought it was unprofessional and honestly he was done less than 90 minutes from arrival to leaving which is over $300 an hour for strictly labor. End result is good as expected but the labor rate is pretty steep for the scope of work. I would hire Grand Slam again but expect more professionalism from technicians.
