“Had a new Tankless Water Heater installed. Included running new gas lines & water lines. The process was seamless from start to finish. Harold was great doing the initial evaluation & quote (which was very competitive) & explained everything involved. Once I called & told Mullens to proceed, they showed up in 2 days ready to go.”

“We called Mullen plumbing prior to 9 AM this morning to get on their schedule to fix a leaky toilet and when they arrived, we ask for them to change the valves on some supply lines in the bathroom. Both of the plumbers said oh sure no problem. None of this will take very long which I was aware of. They came back from their van with an incredibly outrageous quote over $1000 to reseat a toilet and to lower three …”
“Had a water leak on my mainline; They did an estimate of 3,750 if they had to tear a part of the concrete on my driveway. Luckily, the leak was just the piece that connects to the mainline. They replace it. It was a 3 and a half hour job and they still charged me 3,750.00 just to dig the hole and replace a bathroom faucet. The guys they sent did an excellent job but they for sure overcharged me. It's sad but I don't …”
