Mrs. Michael Plumbers, Electricians, AC & Furnace Repair

I recently purchased a home and wanted someone honest to come out and evaluate my HVAC system. I called Mrs. Michael HVAC, and Austin came out the very same day. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. Instead of trying to sell me a brand-new system right away, he took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and was able to get my current system up and running again. He explained that while I may eventually need to replace it, I still have a little more time before that becomes necessary. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty and customer service over making a quick sale. Mrs. Michaels was exceptionally accommodating, working seamlessly with my schedule and specific needs to ensure the job was completed efficiently. They were prompt in arranging an estimate and equally swift in carrying out the work, all at a reasonable price. John, the technician assigned to my project, was both personable and highly knowledgeable. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and returned the very next day to complete the work. The services included repairing my doorbell button wire, installing a replacement Ring doorbell, and replacing a light fixture. Everything was completed to my satisfaction, and I especially appreciated that he took the initiative to install the new Ring doorbell during his visit—something I hadn’t originally requested. I have several additional projects planned for my home, and if the level of service remains as good as it was for this initial experience, with fair pricing, I will not hesitate to call on them again in the future.

I had a new 200 amp distribution panel and a sub panel installed in my furnace room. Marc and Shawn were super professional and friendly. They explained all of the options before proceeding with the work and minimized the cut ins to my finished ceiling in my basement. They estimated the job would take 6 hours, with the power off for 3, and that was right on the money. The panel looks amazing and the workmanship was top notch. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the lid to my Generac generator was left open from another technician after he was out for the annual tune up on it. They sent out another technician named Madisyn who worked in this extremely cold weather, which I can’t believe. She is a wonderful technician. She did an outstanding job cleaning all the snow out of the Generac. I asked her to check over everything that the previous technician did and she did a very thorough job. She is very knowledgeable, smart, and friendly. She made me feel very much at ease. I am hoping because of this I won’t have any future problems but so far it seems Madisyn has solved everything.

He did a great job. I had to purchase air filter cause I forgot to purchase and replace it earlier. lol. Cleaned pilot light so I would not have to pay for over price replacement. I did have replacement for humidifier filter. Which was exchanged. In and out 45 minutes or so. All great. Thanks.
