I bought an older condo and my contractor did not hook up the laundry tub and faucets correctly. I tried to do laundry for the first time and it leaked. One call to Horton’s fixed that. They sent Ron out for the repairs and he was incredible. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He put me at ease and fixed everything perfectly. Since I’m a first time homeowner I had a lot of questions and he went above and beyond helping me. I highly recommend Horton’s and especially Ron.

We had a frozen water pipe break under kitchen sink due to the extremely cold temperatures last week. I called Horton Plumbing at about 8:30 pm Saturday evening and Sean Fritz showed up at about 9:00 pm. Sean Fritz was very knowledgeable and professional and did an outstanding job fixing the broken pipe. After the job was done, everything was tested and made sure there are no more leaks and the work area was cleaned up leaving no trace. Thank you Sean. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend Horton Plumbing for all HVAC, and plumbing related issues.

Wonderful experience! The plumber (Christian Riolo) was polite and knowledgable. He was on time and brought booties so as to keep snow off of my floors. He quickly found the fixture we were looking for and went to Home Depot to purchase it for us. We loved the fixture and the installation was fast and professional. He was very conscientious and thoroughly cleaned the work area before he left.

Steve Pouliot from Horton did a fantastic job at our home today. He efficiently replaced the expansion tank on our water heater and installed a new relief valve with great attention to detail. Steve was prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable — he explained everything he was doing and made sure the system was working perfectly before he left. It’s always great to have a technician who takes pride in their work and respects your home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service and will definitely call Horton Plumbing again for future plumbing needs!

The workers for Horton plumbing are great people even the young lady on the phone. The companies great but did forget we had an appointment that day when I called they still got someone out within 30 mins. The amazing worker Conner came to fix the job. He was super friendly helpful . He went above and beyond more than he had to.
