The only thing they need to do is alert customers to the likely cost now, instead of assuming they know. Always good service. Great technicians.”
“We had our main sewer plugged. We called "Mr Rooter" and they sent the tech Jakob. Jakob was very polite and professional. He ran his camera down the main sewer and found roots was plugging the sewer. He ran his snake in and out quite a few times. The drain started draining but when his ran his camera again he still seen roots so he did it until drain was completely clean. Works great now and they guarantee their …”
