Had to hire another company to fix the mess they caused. This company had to repair the poor work that was done by this company. The pipes should have been welded together instead this company just put pieces together which would have come apart …”
“I paid 400$ for a snake and a camera view of my sewer line. We had a back up off the main sewer flush out. Their guy snaked it and nothing happened. We opened the city flush out and discovered the back up was on the city side. The lines were not cleared so I did not get my camera view - and was told to get the camera view I would need to pay an additional $250 for them to come back. That is a terrible policy. Make …”

They came out and tested water pressure, took a picture of my water heater and then told me they could sell me something to pour down my drain. Checking the drain line with a camera was "not worth their time." Called a different plumber, they came out, ran a camera, found the problem and cleared it, now everything is fixed.
