I got a great professional service from Mr.Rooter Plumbing of Rockwall couple of times. Matt was really knowledgeable, professional and knows what he was doing. I got a call from the city about the unknown leakage then Mat figured it out in few minutes and fixed it with affordable price. I highly recommended their service in a heartbeat. Thank you again.

We recently had all of our plumbing pipes changed out. Evan and his partner did an excellent job. The service with Mr. Rooter was very outstanding. You talk about a team that is hard working not only but very friendly and answered all the questions that I had. I am highly recommending this company and these guys Evan are such hard workers. They stayed so busy I do not even recall seeing Evan take a water break. Thanks again for the outstanding job you did at our house.

5 stars amazing service! When i had a major meter box leak and most plumbers in my area were busy two weeks out or couldn't help me within a week, these guys were there the day i called!! One of their guys drove an hour an a half to come fix my leak!! And Rhett was really great in helping me get everything squared away in regards to the payment. Great expertise, Great customer service, and an awesome bunch of guys! I would HIGHLY recommend! They’ll put you first and do their best to work with you!!

What a nightmare. This company claimed to have fixed my water leak. Leak was worse after they finally finished after 8 days of my front door being blocked by a pile of dirt. Had to hire another company to fix the mess they caused. This company had to repair the poor work that was done by this company. The pipes should have been welded together instead this company just put pieces together which would have come apart again. BEWARE Do not hire this company. Very poor service. Also this company started with a price of around $6,000. then added another $3,000. then took the price off around $1,300.00 for a good review. Very poor business.

I paid 400$ for a snake and a camera view of my sewer line. We had a back up off the main sewer flush out. Their guy snaked it and nothing happened. We opened the city flush out and discovered the back up was on the city side. The lines were not cleared so I did not get my camera view - and was told to get the camera view I would need to pay an additional $250 for them to come back. That is a terrible policy. Make it clear when sharing the bid - if we can't do this today it will cost you more to come back and do it - or drop the price if it can't be done. Invoice/receipt does not breakdown costs. Extremely frustrating. Nothing "neighborly" about their policies. I was charged the full $400 for less than an hour of work, and I did not get what I paid for. (A camera view of my pipes) Technician was very nice, no problem with him, but I will never use this company again. Buyer beware.

Transparent pricing ✔️ Quick service ✔️ Informative and courteous tech ✔️ I had a stubborn master bath sink clog that plunging, Draino, and all the other at home remedies couldn’t fix. I was hesitant to call a plumber but eventually gave in. I called Mr Rooter Plumbing and they had a tech at my house within the hour. The dispatcher gave me a price over the phone and they stood by that price at the end of service. The tech was not only informative but was also very courteous. He made sure to keep the work area and the path through our house to the master bathroom clean. I was very impressed with my service and would highly recommend this company. I did not expect such excellent service.

Matt was the best person I could have ever asked for! I had so many plumbing problems and didn’t know what was going on but Matt did! After being told that I had a leak under my concrete slab, Matt proved everyone wrong! Coming from a plumbing family, I know how hard he worked and the amazing job he did and couldn’t be Happier! He did several jobs for me! Repairs on drains, putting a new water heater in, and installing new water faucets, repairing a bathtub drain! Unbelievable!!’ I highly recommend Mr. Rooter ask for Matt!! Called these guys out for a bad smell coming from the drain. They came out and tested water pressure, took a picture of my water heater and then told me they could sell me something to pour down my drain. Checking the drain line with a camera was "not worth their time." Called a different plumber, they came out, ran a camera, found the problem and cleared it, now everything is fixed. Not sure how we were "not worth their time" but I know my time is certainly valuable, and it was completely wasted.

Noticed my water consumption over the past months had suddenly gotten higher and couldn’t understand why. I called City of Denison and they couldn’t find any leaks, so I called Mr. Rooter. At first glance they didn’t find any either. Then we turned on our sprinklers. Lo and behold, one of our sprinkler heads was broken off and a stream of water shooting straight up into the air. Time to replace the 180° head. Thank you Matthew and Mr. Rooter problem solved. Water bill should be back to normal.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr Rooter of Rockwall at one of my restaurants. Despite the distance, they were incredibly reliable, always arriving on time and fully prepared. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in the quality of their work. They handled every issue efficiently, leaving the area clean and ensuring everything was in perfect working order. These guys went above and beyond to help us out! We were so bummed we had to call them on a Sunday and pay the emergency fee, but we needed them and they showed up quickly! After a tad confusion on cost, they helped get our home unclogged!….. unfortunately the next day, we were clogged up again and to our surprise, Rhett and Dillon came to our rescue us AGAIN!! We are so thankful for them and if we find ourselves needing a plumber, they’re our number 1 call! Thank you Mr Rooter! 🥰

Mr Rooter is the only company that I will have to my house. These men are the greatest people ever. I contacted them at 10:00a on a Friday to repair a broken water line after the recent freeze. They came out Friday evening around 7:30p and fixed everything by 9:00p The cost??? The price was unbelievably very affordable!! I'll never use anyone else to tackle a plumbing job again. Rhett you and your employees are terrific people!!!! Thank you!!!

The entire crew is dedicated, thorough and professional. They understand the sense of urgency and exceptional communication. We got an immediate affordable quote for our main sewer line replacement and the team didn’t leave until the job was done (late into the night). Even following up with us after. Absolute best plumbing company around. They are very professional and timely. They fixed what the last plumber couldn’t get fixed and were very reasonably priced. Couldn’t be happier with the job they did and how quickly they got it completed. Will recommend to anyone I know needing plumbing work done. Thanks again MR ROOTER OF ROCKWALL.
