Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Mansfield

Levi from Mr. Rooter came to unclog our bathroom drain. He diligently tried the cheaper route to no avail. After removing the toilet he was able to unclog the drain. After resetting the toilet he noticed that the toilet still ran slow. He snaked the toilet and now everything seems to be working fine. He was very conscientious of cleanliness while he worked. Levi was polite and very professional. I would 100% recommend them for all our plumbing needs.

Matt arrived right on time. Professional and friendly from the start. Identified initial problem and solved in less than 10 minutes. Then did a walk thru and identified things that could use some attention. Did not try to upset anything, but was able to complete everything in the same visit He really, really worked hard...knows what he's doing. Kudos to him and your company!!!

This company has the best customer service and knowledgeable techs. The techs were very polite and did what it took to get the job done. They went above and beyond. They were even early so they didn’t have anyone waiting and wondering when they would show up. Tyler Snyder was the main tech for the job and he was knowledgeable, polite and personable. He did a great job, as well as the second tech that arrived. I didn’t catch his name but it may be Matt Simpson, but awesome service!! I would highly recommend this local business!! They also made sure the price was the best they could offer. Very affordable and they do offer payment arrangements as well if needed. Thanks guys!!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Saturday, 1 day before a family gathering at our home, noticed hot water heater leaking. Called Mr Rooter, they got back to me quickly and a technician (Mason) was at our home within a couple hours to evaluate our situation. He was polite, professional and seemed very knowledgeable. Our hot water heater was a little unique in that it has a power exhaust system on top to ensure fumes were safely removed from the home. In addition, the pipes used to take the fumes outside were no longer in code. The quote was higher than expected but the work seemed to be more than I expected and we were in a pinch. Mason ensured us that he would do everything he could to get us fixed before our gathering. He left and obtained a replacement hot water heater and the supplies required bring our home up to code. He returned early afternoon and worked into the evening to get our home finished. He worked extremely hard and remained polite and professional. Our rating would have been a 3 based upon our uncertainty regarding the total cost. However, we do not want to take away from the exceptional service we received from Mason. His service was clearly a 5 as there was nothing bad we could say about him. Our issue was resolved same day and the job was done in a professional manner.

The tech Micah was great and went beyond the call of duty to replace the expansion tank on my hot water heater and reset the water pressure in the house. The + of this company is that they have always have come out the same day, friendly people, but the big negative is that they are expensive. $40-50 in parts and charging $380, in my book is a little steep, in my opinion, I knew they were high, but i'm just happy to have it fixed now.
