Water heater quit working. Called Buckeye Horizon Monday morning, arrived before noon that day! Technician Danny was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He went right to work and kept me informed along the way. Diagnosed the issue and repaired it in a timely manner. Even offered suggestions on how to take care of my water heater. Great experience - will call again for sure.
My furnace had quit working while I was at work when the temperature were in the single digits. Cycled power to it several times and it started working. Called Buckeye Horizon the following morning, they had someone out that morning. He found some styrofoam “peanuts” in the blower. Since he was already there I had the technician do a furnace inspection to verify everything was working properly Co2 output was good. Found a suspicious part. Had a new one ordered. That was on Friday the part was in by Monday part installed on Wednesday. When the old part was removed it fell apart in the technicians hand. Grateful and happy with the service.
These guys do great work. As a real estate professional of 25+ years, I need reliable, knowledgeable contractors (who make me look good) to refer to my clients. This company is that!
