I had a clogged kitchen pipe and they visited me late at night to help. Although we had to cancel the contract because the landlord didn’t agree to the repair, the company was kind enough to refund the entire cancellation fee. I was very impressed with their professional service and integrity. Highly recommend
Called late on a Saturday and I was able to talk to an actual person. Brandon was able to still squeeze me in and came out to fix my sewer problem right away. He even went over some different options with my wife and I. When we need more work done we will definitely call Mr Rooter every time
I had a leak in my utility room I couldn’t figure out. Aaron came over and had it tracked down in 30 minutes. It was a 10 minute fix. Didn’t even charge me diagnostic fee.
