“Paid for maintenance service 1st week of April which turned into needing a part that was warrantied and they said 4 to 5 weeks we are now in week 8 and cannot get any response with information on when they think they might have it and can do the repair. We have called multiple times and all you get is an answering service that says they pass the message to the correct person.”
