“At first, they were very considerate to my problems. Matt was very personable and made me feel like they had my best interests in mind. But then the sales guy comes. And give me 3 quotes. One $5,800 to replace the pipe with trenching. Two $5000 for trenchless replacement. Three for just repairing the pipe. After looking at it myself, it was just two loose fittings. Watch yourself with this company.”
“Ben showed up on time and we got charged but the problem was not fixed! This was the worst experience I had with a plumbing company. We had a problem with laundry room drain clogged, when I called the company, I was quoted $299 (with website coupon $269) for camera inspection and deep cleaning and the warranty of 120 days .
