“Technician showed up and I pointed out a part that was clicking within 2 minutes. He diagnosed that,Yes that was the bad part. That diagnostic cost me $120. He swapped out the part that was at Lowe's for $99. Grant mechanical charged me $320 for that part. On top of that, I was charged $127 in labor for a 30-minute job.”

I called them and they showed in less than an hour and fixed the issue at no charge. All them techs we have had do work are always very friendly, honest, and professional. Highly recommend!!”
