Outstanding service and quality! I can’t say enough good things about Tre and Milestone! My ac stopped working on Saturday at 4pm and after a call at 5, Tre was here after hours within the hour. He explained my ac issue and worked very hard to get my AC back going. He was very kind not only to me but my also to my daughter and 2 dogs. I have been using Milestone for many years and the level of service can’t be beat!

He replaced a water line valve and had to turn off the water to the house. He did an excellent job, was super professional and thorough. But charging 310 dollars with a 50 dollar discount for that is outrageous. They waived the emergency service fee and it still cost that much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Buyer beware.

I’ve been a Milestone Advantage member for years, and this experience was disappointing enough that I’ve decided to cancel. I recently had an air conditioner coil replaced that was still under warranty, originally installed by Milestone. I was quoted two labor-only prices depending on the type of replacement: $2,363 or $3,385. The final cost was $3,385. The work was completed by one technician in approximately five hours. While I understand companies use flat-rate pricing, this still felt extremely high for the scope and duration of the work. When I confronted the technician about paying $672 a hour for the work, he responded, “It is, but for the experience, for the amount of work that has to be done. I mean, it’s reasonable.” I accepted the price and paid. What pushed this from concern to frustration was the follow-up. When I called to cancel my membership, I was offered a call from a manager. The manager called me and basically told me that I knew the amount I was going to pay, and I could have easily gone with another company. He said I could have technically called another company, and they could have done the work and replaced the coil. The call was so condescending and argumentative that it was beyond frustrating. Instead of making a small gesture, like offering me future credit on a service or even making a price adjustment, he just talked down to me (I did not ask for anything special). No one wants to be lectured when they are upset. The manager also mentioned that this work has a warranty, but I have no paperwork for it -it's kind of difficult to go to another company without warranty paperwork... And since I’m writing this review, I can mention that I had to physically help the tech raise the unit into the attic, and he smashed my fingers against the rim of the attic opening. He also bent the middle support rod on the unit when he tried to lift it by himself. I had to tell him to stop lifting the unit like that. Overall, this experience fell short both in pricing transparency and customer service. I was prepared to quietly move on, but the way this was handled made it worth sharing. There are so many other companies in the area willing to do good work. I’m not using Milestone again.

I wanted to get updated electrical to accommodate an EV charger. In one day, I received a full assessment of my electrical system, installation of a surge protector, and the outlet to allow for the charger. With both Michael and Christian, I felt completely comfortable and that I was in good hands. 10/10 would recommend
