Orion Jacobs did an outstanding job servicing my generator. Orion arrived at the scheduled time. What I really appreciated was the fact that he called to let me know he was in route. Orion was very professional and knowledgeable. Orion answered all my questions and explained everything step by step. Orion also shared some valuable information about specials on having my heating and air conditioning serviced as well with the warm weather approaching, that will be next on my list. We recently replaced our 50-gallon water heater tank because the old one was leaking. Before making a decision, I had estimates from a couple of other companies as well. Jason Bernasconi from Michael & Son was by far the most knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. He explained everything clearly, proposed a few options, and offered a 12-year warranty. That gave us confidence to move forward with him. The work was completed the very next day and took only a few hours. Everything was done to our full satisfaction. I marked “Reasonable Price,” although I think if you shop around, you may find quotes that are 20–25% lower. That said, the warranty and overall peace of mind made it worth it for us.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He wired and installed our double oven, as well installed a box for our range oven. The best electrician we have ever hired. He went above and beyond and made sure things were done right. I would definitely recommend Orian.
