I had a HVAC rep from another company last year. They sent a young guy who did a cursory check. He didn't educate me on anything about my units. The main thing I remembered was the money I had to pay. Your company was professional from the emails I received, to the text with the technician's photo and stating that he was on his way. Luis then called me and said he was 20 minutes out. While here, he educated me through the whole process, in addition to the benefits of having a membership (which I purchased). Luis is a very professional technician, and I would prefer him coming out again. I don't give 5-star reviews easily, but he earned it. Thank Luis again for me.

Call Michael & Son regarding a a problem with our 10-year-old primary sump pump. Daniel did some troubleshooting and found the failure the result of pump age. Pump was 10 years old and had reached its life cycle. Decided to upgrade to a Zoeller Propak system. Daniel discovered the old system was using the wrong size discharge pipe. He removed the old primary and backup pumps, installed the correct size pipe, and installed the new propak system in about an hour. He then did a functional test, went over the operation of the pumps with me and answered any questions I had. The area was nice and clean when he left. Daniel is an experienced plumber who represents this company well. This is the second time I’ve used Michael & Sons and on both occasions I was pleased with the service.

Outstanding knowledge and professionalism, knew exactly what the problem was! New HVAC installation but electrician used 10 awg copper from 30 amp 2p breaker. Simply does not work to provide power to a 60 amp air handle. Once heat strips demand power 30 amp breaker will trip. "NO HEAT CONDITION"

Overall, Luis was thorough, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure our systems were operating at their best. We highly recommend Luis and Michael & Sons to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and dependable HVAC service. This was a great experience from start to finish, and we will absolutely be using them again!

Ian was amazing! Not only extremely knowledgeable on our AC/heating system, but also a really nice person. We received notice via text that he was on his way and just like the text said he was right on time. He was polite and very personable. Could not ask for more in service company. Promote this guy! He presents a great face for the company and if someone we’d like to do business with again.
