Assure Plumbing and Septic | Plumber Fredericksburg VA

Had to get our septic pumped for Stafford County. The company's reviews looked good so I called to schedule. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Was able to schedule in a timely fashion. Our technician was Brandon. Very nice and professional young man. He took care where to park because of soggy yard from rain. Pumped the system out and gave me a full report. I will totally use them again in the future and will recommend them to others.

Exceptional experience all around. Megan ensured we got timely service, scheduling us the morning after calling the office. Brandon is a clear professional who takes great pride in his work. From the start to the job till the end, he maintained a positive attitude and ensured we had as much information as possible so we could maintain our system until the next iteration. The job itself went as smoothly as one can expect, considering all the things that can go wrong with an aging system. After today, we will be using Assure for all follow-on work. I highly recommend Assure Plumbing! I obtained 5 quotes for a new water heater, and Assure Plumbing was substantially the lowest. Matt was exceptional. He expertly installed the water heater, was prompt, courteous, and explained in detail the process and how to drain the tank. Between Megan scheduling the appointment, and answering my many questions, and Matt, I will always use them for future plumbing problems.

This company is great! I called and they were quick to get me scheduled. Brandon came out and took care of the residence. I did have quite a few questions to which he was patient and provided answers. He explained the system and how it works, what to be cautious of and optional equipment to help the system stay healthy. Megan helped on other questions I had and was quick to reply back.
