“Thankfully, Michael came out immediately after the call and that same day snaked the shower drain which was clogged. He also addressed the slow running sink, replaced 2 faucet cartridges in the laundry sink, installed a new kitchen faucet, and even reconnected our garbage disposal before we even asked! There are probably even more things that I’m forgetting to mention. He took the time to look at all the issues in …”
“What a relief! And during the holidays too, when most are taking a break. Mike came out immediately (around half hour) and assessed our situation, and got to work. He was very thorough in his explanations so that we’d understand our options. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness and sincerity when it came to discussing the problem and how to address it. Will definitely call again and recommend to others!”
