“We called this company on a Sunday because we thought we had an emergency (which we really, thankfully, did not. They came out (for a $150 service charge) and told us that it would cost over $500 to ream out our pipes (in addition to the $150!). We were horrified! Thankfully we did not do it. The next day our regular plumber came out and did the job for $160. If you want to be scalped, give them a call. OUTRAGEOUS …”
