“Replaced a hot water heater. Replaced the existing stand with a metal one which left massive chunks out of my drywall. This was not brought up as an option to fix, and cannot be done now because the water heater is pressed against the holes. Left an 80lb bag of dirt in my garage, and did not recover the water shutoff. Picked up the phone and hung it up multiple times after I had service completed and had a question.”
