Replaced a hot water heater. Replaced the existing stand with a metal one which left massive chunks out of my drywall. This was not brought up as an option to fix, and cannot be done now because the water heater is pressed against the holes. Left an 80lb bag of dirt in my garage, and did not recover the water shutoff. Picked up the phone and hung it up multiple times after I had service completed and had a question.

Mesquite plumbing replaced a water heater for me a few years back and did a fabulous job, quick, efficient, courteous. We decided to have our old polybutylene plumbing replaced with PEX this spring but when we called to get a price we were told they won’t work on mobile homes. I asked why and was told that’s the owners preference and decision. His prerogative but I’m disappointed, mobile homes need plumbers too!
